Been stopping by this store since it opened. Not so much anymore. Another customer reported on here about the rude female that works there, yeah she's still there. When I first visited they told me if there's something American made that I would like to see sold there to let them know. Well, they already carried a boot brand I like. However, when I requested a certain model that I checked was American made, I didn't find out until almost the months later they weren't going to order it. I left my info like they asked, thanks for the heads up!

Stopped at this store and was disappointed by the lack of customer service from the female clerk. My wife and I were looking at the clogs but they didn’t have my size. My wife asked for assistance from the female clerk and was treated rudely.
Needless to say, we didn’t get the clogs, boots, or the slider bench that we really liked. Just because of that ride clerk.
Maybe we will return to this store. Loved the USA made products and I would like to support them.
I would have scored this store much higher but not for that clerk.

Thought store was unique, our first visit 9/11/23 we weren't acknowledged by male or female staff members. When we checked out the young girl never said a word, no smile just nothing. She definitely doesn't need to be in retail if she can't acknowledge customers, at least a thank you would've been nice

I love this store! So many awesome American made products. My daughter loves the chocolate milk! The icecream is delicious! The store manager Dorothy is always there to help when needed!
