I came here to find my dream prom dress days before prom, and was very excited to see their beautiful, big selection. You can tell the owner really takes care of her dresses and she was also very helpful in finding the right size and color for me. I was able to find the perfect dress at a decent price. If I ever need another formal dress I will be coming here first!

I went there today and the Asian man and woman were very rude to me. The lady walked into the dressing room and started to put my dress on me , mind you I am 16 years old and was very uncomfortable. I asked to try on another dress and she said no and ended up making me try it anyway. I didn't like the dress anymore so I didn't try it on and she got mad at me for not trying it on and wouldn't let me try on anything else. After begging she finally let me try on one more and we didn't like it so she proceeded to ignore us and when I was changing into my normal clothes so I can leave she opened the curtain and tied it up. So rude and inappropriate they need to be fired. The man didn't do too much but he was acting as a rude little sidekick and I was not having it. My mom, my aunt and I were so kind to her and she was just disrespecting and was practically stalking us. She felt like we're waiting time , didn't know what we wanted and ruining the dress so basically she thought we're weren't going to buy anything so that's why she turned on us. My sweet 16 is coming up and I'm so disappointed that they prevented me from getting a dress. We also asked for the return policy and were told no return no exchange so anything you buy there u basically buy at your own risk. To act like this and try to force people to get things and then have a no return policy is absolutely absurd. The dresses were also very expensive so it's like I should be treated like a queen if I'm buying a dress worth that much!! The dresses looked cheap anyway so that's probably why they had cheap attitudes. Ugh the irony!! Anyhow, this place needs to get new owners, fire that woman and man or shut down immediately. What an awful experience I will never go back and continue to share my experience with others so they don't have to go through it. Such a terrible place. And from the other reviews sharing similar experiences especially with the same people I can tell this place is just vile overall.

Hi, I visited Andrews Bridal Friday 3/31/23. I entered the store to purchase a dress for my senior prom with two of my friends. We viewed the dresses and saw the high prices but still were willing to pay as they were very good quality. We walked around the store and one of my friends found a dress that she wanted a bigger size in. The owner immediately approached the two of them and grabbed the dress from her hands and said she would not fit into anything they had in the store and that the store was “too expensive for your kind”. Racist, disrespectful, and zero size inclusion. Do not bother entering this store with any intentions to buy product. I would never have expected this behavior from the OWNER.

The only nice thing about this store are the dresses. The owners are terrible. I was there to buy a junior prom dress for my daughter and the female owner treated me like I was wasting her time. It’s bad enough that the dresses are overpriced and I was willing to pay but to be treated like garbage is not ok. The female owner was acting incredibly racist. If you’re looking for a formal dress DON’T buy from this store. You’re better off going somewhere else. David’s bridal dresses are less expensive and much nicer. And so are the salespeople. Just saying. Very disappointed in Andrew’s bridal.

At first, I was skeptical about going here from seeing all the negative reviews. However, the employees were actually very helpful and my girl found a perfect dress, with the right size. I see that some people, who left bad reviews, may have had bad impressions, but I think it is because they tend choose dresses with the size smaller than they actually fit. And the employees have right to protect their dresses. You let the employees help you and you will end up with your dream dress. Beautiful dresses!

I went there just to look for homecoming. I walked in the woman was nice and showed me some gorgeous dresses that would look nice on my figure. She helped zipping and unzipping the dress, also complemented how nice it looked. I believe other people’s experiences are how they interpret what people say the Asian woman is actually just trying to help you not be rude, just in different cultures it’s different speaking and everything. I do appreciate the quality and beauty of there dresses and look forward to the next dress I buy there.

Nothing like being ignored when you walk in the door and start to try on dresses on your own because they refuse to help you. Then, when you ask to try and address that’s automatic and you get an eye roll and told that it’s not your size. Then take the dress out of your hand and not even acknowledge you when you’re done. Awful service I would not recommend at all. Rude staff and that says it all.

The most unpleasant visit to this store, Very unprofessional, Beware they don't have dresses for you to try on unless you are an extra small, Asked a question and they completely disregarded us, We were shopping for my daughter's 15th birthday dress and she had an awful experience. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
