I had a very unpleasant experience at this store. The staff Amanda entered the fitting room without permission, which was already intrusive and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, they forgot an item I had left behind and didn't return it until I had to call the police to get it back.

The Most Terrible Service in the world! Amanda is so rude and she called herself as store manager. She just opened the dressing room door when I was changing the dress and tried to talk with me! I don’t know what her problem she has! But I strongly recommended she need psychotherapy！

I was very disappointed when I saw on the receipt that I paid for 2 items that I didn't buy, namely a washing machine bag and room perfume. I didn't double check the bill when I paid because I was in a rush, but the fraudulent employee took the opportunity to put in items that I didn't buy to pay. Be careful shopping there because of the fraudulent employee. The bill says Amanda's name. It's surprising that a shop as big as Anne Fountain has such dishonest employees. Hopefully there won't be any other victims in the future. The Sales’s name AMZA !!!!!

Of course this is a nice store. This is why I just gave 1 star. 1st time visiting this outlet.As I looked around ,the sales person was kind at first ,as soon as I was headed towards to exit the store. She stated that all the "other "stores including a sketchers were on the opposite side..which I never asked..I was planning to come back and purchase items my daughter really liked. To surprise her for her b day. Except after that annoying rude statement. I decided not to return. I stayed quiet because I won't stoop to her level. Did she want me to respond to her maybe , maybe not. Offending a customer as she did is unacceptable. Whoever is responsible for her training.not sure. Terrible experience. Please Do better . customer service is very important.

I love Anne Fontaine white blouses and their clothes and accessories. This was my first time shopping at this outlet and it is definitely my last. I purchased a pair of pants that were discounted because they were at the outlet. I asked Ariana my sales girl if there was an additional discount on my pants she said “yes.” She also said if I buy more I’ll get an additional discount. Unfortunately, I didn’t find anything else. I paid and assumed she gave me the additional discount. I looked at the receipt the next day and noticed she did not, so I called a spoke to her manager Amanda who was supposed to get back to me the next day after she spoke to Ariana. Five days later, Amanda finally called me back and told me she spoke to Ariana and said that she never said that and she explained that I had to buy more for a discount. Why would I waste my time calling if Ariana explained that to me? It also says on the receipt there are “no returns or exchanges” which says on the receipt that Ariana explained to me, which she did not. Amanda told me that Ariana has been there for three months and she did not make the mistake, that it was me. Great manager that wants to make a customer happy and retain their business.
I’m extremely disappointed in Anne Fontaine and how this store is run. My additional discount would have been around $50.
I will never shop there again. If you go to Neiman Marcus, you’ll get much better customer service and they have great sales.
