Great store. Lots of choice for dresses, separates, bathing suits etc. Many styles and colours to choose from. Good sales almost daily.

I have tried 11 times to reach this store by phone. 3 times successful. Trying to exchange an item I had purchased while on vacation. Spoke to the manager and clerk 2x, both had said they would call me back. No call every came, and now no one will answer the phone. It just rings and rings, until it sounds like a fax machine. I be leery of purchasing something unless it fits perfectly. The process to get someone to talk to you is ridiculous.

I purchased a white top on Friday. After bringing it home and trying it on I realized it was a terrible fit. I’m normally a medium and somehow this medium was tight across the chest and loose on the shoulders. Looked ridiculous, so I returned to the store for a refund and noticed the receipt was missing from my bag. I didn’t think it would be a problem because the tags were on and I had it in the original back, and I purchased just three days earlier and I would have to accept a credit. (So I thought) well.. it took three managers and they decided that I had no record in the store (I was only there once, and I wasn’t on their mailing list) so they couldn’t take it back even with the tags on and in the original bag. I just left the Im shirt (I didn’t think it was suitable for Goodwill ) and told him I’d never come back to the store again truthfully, there was nothing there that I liked anyway, Mostly the clothing for suited older women.

I never dreamed a retail store would rather have you leave than offer you a restroom. I had over $500 worth of clothes over my arm to purchase. Unfortunately, my body was telling me it was time to find a restroom and quickly. I asked Catherine where the restroom was. She said they don’t have a restroom.

Evidently, Anthony’s stores tons of chemicals in their employee restroom so it’s “against the law” for them to allow you to use their restroom. I’ll be searching the Florida law this afternoon and can’t wait to see what this law is.

I mentioned to Catherine that I have a condition that requires me to sometimes use the bathroom immediately and she still denied me access to the restroom. Not to mention she was rude during the entire process.

How dumb of a retailer do you have to be to not offer a restroom to women. How many do you want leaving just because they can’t go to the bathroom!!! Looks like there were plenty of paying customers in the store so you should be able to afford to fix your “out of order” toilet. I don’t even believe it’s broken they just don’t want people to use it.
I have NEVER written a negative review online. This is my first and probably only one ever. Shame on you Anthony’s.

Visited the store today at 6:30 with my friends from out of town.
At 640 as my 2 friends were trying on clothes a very rude associate came over and said, ya know we’re closing in 15 minutes! I was shocked and in response I said you should never say that to a customer who’s going to spend money, especially because we still had 15 minutes before closing. She replied
OH WELL
Oh well I’m thinking that as a company you need to do a better job training your staff with regards to customer service!
And by the way we spent over 500$ and was out the door by 7 minutes after 7!!!not a good experience at all

When I visit my dad in Naples I always make it a point to stop here. I found some cute tops on clearance and most of the store was 25 percent off. Selection and sizes very good. Nice sales people also.

When I need clothes or bathing suits I head to Anthony's on Rattlesnake Hammock where the staff are so helpful. I can't say enough good things about the Manager Lisa who makes you feel like she is your Personal Shopper!! She is always honest and helpful trying to find just the right thing for her customers! Thanks LISA - all of your help was appreciated!!
