This is an amazing place with so many classic pieces. The pricing is Appropriate for the quality of the antiques antiques they have. They are.
A family business and it was a pleasure doing business with them. I will definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality pieces in the dolphin area.

I took a coffee table to antique attic to sell. The guy told me a price of $250 and that if I wanted to check other places for a better price I could and that I could bring it back and as long as I brought it back in the same condition he would purchase it. I couldn't find anywhere else in dothan that buys antique so I had my sister in law take it back just a couple days later and the guy told her he would only pay $200 since it had to be brought back. It didn't cost him any time or money for it to be brought back he only took advantage of the situation bc it was a female bringing it back. I will not do future business here or recommend anybody to do business here as far as selling them anything.

First time visiting 'Antique Attic'. Very impressed with their vast inventory. By far one of the largest antique facilities in the area. Several buildings on site to visit. Excellent place to shop for unique furnishings with exquisite detail. Plan on being there awhile. So much to see. Well worth visiting. Rating a 4 for pricing. Ms. Wanda was a big help. Very knowledge of inventory. If you have never visited, I would recommend.

Best store in all of Dothan! We have gotten the best pieces: a beautiful roll top desk, a drop leaf table + urns to use in landscaping our lawn. Mary Alice & Warren are the best to help you find treasures to enjoy & use wherever you live.

Very nice experience. We were sellers. Mary Alice was very helpful and genuinely warm and friendly throughout the process of handling some estate items. She gave a fair price and more than a little free advice. We will definitely do business again as either buyer or seller.

So, I had to edit this review since the last one I did was over two years ago, and I was still heavily armed with ignorance. I appreciate your response to my initial review which prompted me to reread it. Once I did, it felt like a horrible misrepresentation of what I was actually trying to say. And not just that, since then I've gained a little more knowledge than what I had when writing my initial review. (Still heavily armed with ignorance, but willing to set it aside in my quest to understand the reselling market). Not only have I gained some knowledge since my last review, I've also gained stuff from there, to include money from selling items. I have to be completely honest and say that I was absolutely impressed with my last visit when I was offered 2 - 3 times more than any previous amount that was offered to me. That in itself really helped me understand where their pricing came from on items that I previously thought and misrepresented as "too overpriced." It appears that Antique Attic actually gives a fair market offer instead of pawnshop or other low-ball offers which otherwise seem to be commonplace now. Don't just show up there with a bunch of stuff from your Grandma's garage though and think you're about to hit a quick come up. Not quite how it works in my experience. I would recommend calling first to see if they're even interested and find out what the process is. I would recommend Antique Attic to anybody and everybody, rather you're a buyer or seller or collector. Chances are they have what you need or what you want, and if they don't, I'm sure they can get it. The inventory does seem to stretch across all demographics. But I'm glad I was given the opportunity to review my review and make changes where appropriate, which in this case was the entire review! Lol 5 Stars Easy!
