We made the mistake of trusting Apolonia Boutique by extending them credit on an order totaling $2,637.11. It’s been over three years, and despite numerous calls and emails, they have completely ignored all communication. When one of our agents personally visited their store to attempt to resolve the matter, they treated her with shocking disrespect and rudeness. Their behavior was completely unprofessional, and their refusal to settle the outstanding balance is appalling. We strongly advise anyone against doing business with Apolonia Boutique. They are dishonest and lack any integrity in their dealings.

This store deserves zero stars. Sadly there is no way to give that type of rating on google.

Do Not set foot in this store!!! Saddened to hear that this wasn’t the first time that anyone has been treated like I was so terribly not just by an employee, but the
despicable and hideous owner himself.

Not only are you despicable, but you need to take a look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself why you deserve to treat people like you did. After I was approached and asked if I needed help I politely declined and was perusing the store for less than 5 minutes. At one point, a blouse that I looked at dropped on the ground. I proceeded to bend down and hang the item back where it was. Seconds later, the owner immediately tended to the blouse and mumbled, "leave my f-in store", I turned around and asked him if that was what he just said? He replied, yes, but it wasn't meant to be heard."

It is beyond my comprehension how anyone has experienced these situations in this store has not done anything about it.

Upon further research, there are many people that will not step foot in this store.

Stopped by Apolonia Boutique today and could not have even imagined the fabulous outfits the guys put together for me. Could not choose between them so purchased all 3! I’ll be back next week to shop when new merchandise arrives. LOVE LOVE LOVE. The owners were phenomenal! Thank you

The owner, Joey Smith, assured me that my product, Tilo scarves, would be paid in full upon receipt. This never happened and now our calls, emails and letters are ignored. We have since discovered this is a pattern of non-payment for goods ordered by Apolonia Boutique and sold to their customers. Suppliers are not being paid. Shame on Apolonia Boutique.

Don't ever never do business with them. They never paid for our bills and totally ignored us. Please proceed the payment for our collection that you have not paid for more than a year! We cannot stand how you commit fraud out of new designers anymore. Please respond and pay!

I had a horrible experience going into that store! They were extremely rude to me. The clothing in Apolonia is not what it used to be. His clothing just looked dated and cheaply made. There are plenty of boutiques in Boca to go to. I had horrendous experience there.

I wish Regency would get better upscale boutiques. This is just another old lady clothing boutique run by two uppity guys with attitude. Yikes. I'm in my thirties and I would never be caught dead in theses clothes. Just shop at Saks or Neimans. If you don't like something much easier to return!
