We purchased a new iPhone today in here. Overall, the staff was great, especially our specialist Shay, who was very helpful. Daniela, the manager, was also excellent. However, the other manager, Grant, was quite rude when he refused a simple request that Daniela later handled. He really doesn’t seem suited to working here.

Today, I went to the store to buy a pair of AirPods, as one of mine was damaged while I was cleaning it. The first employee who attended me said they would schedule an appointment for me and that I would have to wait 25 minutes. While I was waiting, other salespeople approached me, asked me questions, and then said, "Oh, you have to wait." After the 25 minutes had passed, I was told I would have to wait another 10 minutes, or even longer, which I didn’t understand, as the store was practically empty, and many of the employees were just talking among themselves. Then another salesperson came by and said, "I'll put your name on the list since you're here."

In the end, I waited 45 minutes until finally a salesperson came, checked the system, asked for the serial number of the AirPod, did something on the tablet, and then left. Afterward, another employee, “Michael,” who was just starting his shift, asked what I needed, entered the serial number into the tablet, went to fetch the earbud, finished the process, and that was it.

It seems absurd to me that such a lengthy protocol and wait time were necessary for something as simple as purchasing an earbud. The service was terrible; all the employees were incompetent, spending their time chatting with each other while making the customers waste theirs. This store deserves a rating of -5 stars. It was a horrible experience, with terrible service and unpleasant employees. I felt mistreated, as if I were asking them to give me something for free. It was a bad and disappointing experience overall.

I recently went to the Apple Store in the Chandler Fashion Center to learn how I could text in a different language on my iphone. I was immediately informed that this was not possible. The service individual said she would ask for help. She went to the back of the store which seemed like a quick minute. She told me that it's not possible to do what I had inquired about. I was frustrated because I have had many issues with my device rectified here in a pleasant, helpful manner. This was not the case on this visit. I felt handled and brushed off. I later returned home and went online and discovered a tutorial on this exact topic. Needless to say, that's why I'm writing this review. If I could give this particular Apple Store zero stars I gladly would. I'm not real tech savoy, that's why I went out of my way to personally visit the store.

Be sure to ask for Jerry or Mike! They were incredibly kind to both me and my daughter, making our phone-buying experience smooth and hassle-free. Jerry walked us through the phone's features and specs with great expertise, while Mike, the manager on duty, made us feel very welcome and appreciated. I can’t say thank you enough for your kindness Mike.

Usually nothing more annoying than going to an Apple Store. This time was different…. Friendly staff, but not in the overwhelming enthusiasm that is traditionally with Apple. Phone was diagnosed, replaced and files transferred in less that hour. Great experience. I guess I will continue allowing you “Apple” to run my life for the foreseeable future.

The Apple Store was completely crowded, as if they were giving items away for free. I experienced a manufacturing defect with my AirPods Pro, but the staff didn’t take any action. Apple should address manufacturing defects, and I’m not at all satisfied with the service.

The guy who helped me was really rude and was making everything seem like a big deal and that nothing was going to work until I told him the reason I needed help was for my work then kind of changed tone and told me I would only have 2 GB of space if I deleted attached photos but when I actually did it I got 6GB and was able to do what I needed it really seemed like he didn’t want to help unless I wanted to spend money if you do go here I recommend to look on YouTube first for your issue or go to any staff that’s not a guy lol
EDIT: I just finished updating my phone and it only took 4 GB when he told me I would need 15 I deleted so much for literally no reason

I don’t blame anyone. There are some cold shoulders and irresponsible staffs but there are few good people among them. The problem here is the ever demeaning customer but very less staffs, not the culture that can makes to the next round, Apple is going down, hope next time when I visit I can feel like before the good old times.
