Despite the space available in downtown Oslo they have really suceeded with bringing in a fine selection yet still keeping the minimalist, aesthetically pleasing look with good exhibitions and pictures. The staff seemed genuinely interested in you aswell.

This store is located in the middle of downtown. Has all of the stuff you are looking for. Spoke to some of the staff and they were super helpful.

Ok store, just a bit tiny. Costs more than online. Nice to try on the clothes.

The product is good, delivery short. However, it’s better not to rely on Arc’teryx service or customer support. I am waiting over two and half months for my refunds - two pair of shoes. When emailed, usually no feedback or no details. Be careful!!!

The zipper of my 10 years old insulation jacket broke. Pop in the store, they fixed, gave me patch for the abrasion spot.
Best service ever, best product ever

Products are good, no question. Customer Service instead, really bad and slow. I wanted my Goretex jacket to be resealed, they asked to send it to Switzerland. Not only they did nothing with the jacket, but it took a month to get it back. Extremely disappointing, enough reasons to stop being an Arcteryx fan and try Norrona or Rab.

The total absences of employees knowledge about the trail running shoes was laughable. Also a very poor collection of the available trail running shoes and sizes, unfortunately have to look for Arc’teryx shoes elsewhere, but not in their branded store.
