Do not work for these people, this is my second week and I was wrongfully terminated today because Ms marquitta said that I am fired for calling off late. I have not been in any trouble I am new. I tried contacting Ms kenya the hr manager and she blocked my cell phone number. Ms marquitta wasn’t showing equal opportunity and she was trying to pay another coworker more for the same shift that she asked me to work but didn’t offer to pay me extra when she asked. Ms marquitta came to me and asked me why I was late I was 10 minutes late. My response was that I have family that I live with that leaves out at the same time almost as me, Ms marquitta Billhardt proceeded to tell me to worry about my self I can’t help everyone. That means you also don’t care about your workers Ms billhardt and but when the other coworker let her know that she couldn’t get to work at 5 she changed her schedule but she didn’t help me at all. I have went to hr Ms kenya smith refused to return my calls or anything to assist to even see what was going on she blocked my telephone number. There’s no professionalism what so ever, hr isn’t any help what so ever. I’m trying to contact corporate but I can’t seem to get in touch

I left something valuable at their restaurant in the Chicago O'Hare Airport. When I returned home, I noticed it was missing. I called the 800 number, and they sent an email to the restaurant's director. They had the item and worked with me to return it, even dropping it off at UPS for me. Everyone I talked to was very helpful and so friendly. HIghly recommend! Shout out to Adolfo Naranjo and Ricardo!

Applied to this company and was extended and offer of employment. At the same time I was offered a position with their direct competitor, also offered a position as a district manager for a franchise umbrella that caters solely to dominoes pizza.
I was coming out of three years as a Panda Express floating GM and pointed out that their franchise locations at the airport fell short of Panda standards and then some.... which they seemed to appreciate.

Don't bother applying here and their brands should drop them, they will only give you the run around and waste your time. They said I would be sent an offer letter by Monday.... they suddenly went silent. This week was stressful to say the least, a big storm knocked out the power for three days, I checked my email religiously until my phone died by the second day. A neighbor's portable generator allowed me to recharge my phone (still nothing,) I also was moving this week and their background check process was TEDIOUS to say the least because it was at the airport (TSA and "FBI" apparently) and I was down to the wire financially.

I sent them a message saying that I could not wait and if they were unable to send a simple email by noon Thursday I would accept one of the other offers. I had already gotten the impression that they were disorganized and dysfunctional, that their management left much to be desired by my second interview.

On Friday they rescinded the offer because I voiced my concern and because I provided them with a deadline to receive an offer letter past when it was promised, which was my personal right. This company will promise you the world and then leave you wishing you hadn't met them.

They sent me in circles, making excuses, passing responsibility in a round about way, and engaged in department blaming, before recinding their offer by the end of the week.

Learn from my mistake, DON'T waste your time with these people.

Stoped at the Morton travel Plaza on the West Virginia turnpike. I will drive to an exit where their City this Plaza was disgusting in the women's we stopped around noon lunch time. No paper towels tissue all over the floor there was a woman inside cleaning. And she rudely swept and mopped around the customers went to order food it was completely understaffed the food attendance look dreadfully tired. the company that runs this place how do you offer services for public in such a manner. They really should be ashamed of their selves no wonder everybody is going on strike in the other facilities I do not recommend stopping here drive to the next exit and seek food and lavatory elsewhere.

Ate at the Areas in Miami international airport. Food was mediocre and quite expensive. . Long John silver's would have been better. Will not provide tap water. Bottled water for $5. $10 for a beer.. do not eat here. 18% tip is added to the bill automatically.

I worked here, they work you till you can’t anymore. You can be the best employee and get let go, but you have employees coming sloppy, not obeying company rules and nothing happens. They are so understaffed, but still continue to keep the bad ones. No raises at all, disgusting bathrooms. They are useless
