This store has friendly staff, lots of selections to choose from and when I went had really great deals. Also if you see a product in this outlet they will help you find a location that does and you can purchase it over the phone and have it sent to your house.

Miriam went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of boots that matched my style. Thanks to her, GIRL I feel fabulous in this point of view! They are supposed to be open until 7:00 p.m. drove over 2 hours and arrived at 6: 29. There is a sign on the door saying they are closed. Now I have to drive all the way back. Complete waste of time. Not funny!!!!!!

Had some of my favorite stores but wish they had more. Only had one restroom are for the whole outlet that I noticed to be opened. Also no food courts but is surrounded with a few fast food joints and gas stations near by.

Honestly, just order online or go to a regular Ariat store. This one is not worth it, in my opinion. Prices are not much better, and the tags are misleading. Staff is only marginally helpful when they want to be.

We've been in this store a couple times great visit BUTTTTT came in Sun 9-22-2024 about 12 noon HORRIBLE service the cashier 211MSEL thin gal only briefly spoke IF was spoken to other than that she was mute there was another young gal chunky dark hair only stood around and would throw a smile mute as well i helped myself to the fitting room, not 1 worker greeted,welcomed,asked if you need help,are you finding everything, etc etc not 1 worker, if this was our 1st visit we'd never return, I almost backed out of my purchase the cashier didn't deserve the sale
