Horrible shopping experience I was followed through out the store by the same worker. I had my toddler in his stroller and this worker constantly followed me looking all around my stroller to the point I felt harassed. I was the only customer targeted due to my ethnicity. I spoke to a manger and she replied “it's his job”. So I guess if you are Latina/ Mexican be aware! You’re going to be followed through out the store.

I was really looking forward to shopping at Aritzia and finding a great pair of pants, but my experience was deeply disappointing. As a gay man, I already felt judged and unwelcome while browsing their selection, but I still decided to try on and impulsively purchase a pair of pants.
Later, I realized the pants weren't the right fit and went back to do a return. Unfortunately, the manager at the counter was not helpful and refused to allow me to complete a full return. Instead, I was only offered store credit, which felt like a dismissive and frustrating resolution.
The entire experience from feeling judged while shopping to being denied a proper return made me feel unwelcome and unsupported as a customer. Aritzia needs to do better in creating an inclusive and accommodating shopping environment for everyone. I will not be returning after this experience.

Had a fantastic shopping experience here. Jasmine and the rest of the Aritzia team helped me find some great pieces to elevate my wardrobe for a new job. It was the most fun I've had shopping in a long time - made me remember why its actually more fun to go in person than to shop online! I love that this brand has stuff that ranges from casual to more formal but somehow it all kind of goes together. Even the shopping bags are cute. 10/10 retail experience 🙂

My friend and I came into Aritzia and had an exceptional experience. Maddy helped us both decide which size super puff to get, as we were extremely indecisive. I also had so many other questions about other pieces I was interested in, and she was extremely knowledgable about how they fit, what they had in store, and other similar pieces. I will definitely be coming back to shop with her!

The Walnut Creek Aritzia has provided the absolute WORST customer service. I ordered two pieces that didn’t work out and needed to return. I had to drive 45 minutes to take care of and was treated very poorly. The majority of the staff is extremely rude and condescending. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time I’m treated this way. Friends and family have had similar experiences. It’s clearly a pattern and feels racially motived. I will not be coming back to this location.
