Modeled after a quaint Spanish Colonial village complete with a private enclosed courtyard, Viera Builders' Arrivas Village is a contemporary planned community with a new urban lifestyle that is unique to Viera. It is located in the heart of Viera; within walking distance to Viera’s premiere shopping destinations and the future Town Center. Most are two story, single family homes with a 2 car garage, some with a golf cart garage, and all with spacious courtyard perfect for entertaining! Viera Builders is a smaller builder, but they're very good, surprisingly conscientious, and offer a generous warranty. This is our second Viera Builders home. Their designs are sort of cookie-cutter, but they do allow some customization in some communities. Make sure your microwave isn't placed above your burners. Overall. we're very pleased.

Arrivas Village is incredible! We bought our house in September and have been absolutely loving it. Being a part of the building process was one of the coolest things, too. Ryan was our sales representative and was one of the most helpful people I've ever worked with. He made the buying process enjoyable and was prompt and supportive every step of the way (with absolutely zero pressure at all, lol). Glen was our superintendent and - apart from being just an all-around great guy to work with - he was so informative and reassuring during the entire construction process.

As for the community - we originally thought the traffic and noise from the Avenue across the street would be bothersome, but it's far from it.. in fact, you don't even realize how close you are and its actually quite quiet. The convenience of all that just across the street tho has been great.

Can't recommend this community enough. Everyone has been awesome here, and we love our new home 🙂

(And side note - we've already been through a hurricane and the house didn't have a scratch. Solid construction indeed :D)

We purchased a home in Arrivas villiage, August of 2016. Our contact was Ryan and the superintendent was Glen. Both of them were responsive, crystal clear and really wanted us to be pleased. Great experience and the community experience makes it a fun place to live.
