I would like to Recommend Janice at Artisan Kitchen and Bath Gallery , I had a water leak and had to remodel my Master Bathroom,
She helped me with all the Kohler fixtures and was so informative and helpful . She has a world of Knowledge very seasoned ,amazing and is never pushy . She allows you time to change your mind , I chose the Digital Kohler Statement line along with the Veil tub and toilet exceptional products that I enjoy everyday .

The products are amazing . She even sent Todd at My Guy Plumbing . He helped reassure me and helped set up the Digital Display . Whatever you buy form Janice or just go window shopping . She will not disappoint I could not have got through this project without her

I selected Artisan Kitchen and Bath to work with in the renovation of my guest bathroom, and I am so glad I did. First, they have all the latest and best brands, and their prices are reasonable. I was not expecting this based on the ritzy Winter park location. The showroom is very well done. The service was perhaps the best. Sierra was helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you. The timing of the items ordered was prompt and we had options to either pick it up ourselves or have it delivered. We chose to pick it up ourselves, and the staff helped us load it. I have two more bathrooms to renovate and Artisan will be in the top running for the place to go.

If you're looking for discounts this is not the store for you. If you're looking for great customer service honesty and accurate information this is the store for you. I went to the shop to purchase a rough in valve for a shower project. Turns out I had purchased the incorrect trim kit. Kevin figured out exactly what I needed ordered what parts were missing and took great care of it. I highly recommend artisan kitchen for anyone looking to redo their kitchen and bath

I have a ton of good things to say about this place. First, Janice helped me order faucets and everything you need for 4 bathrooms and a kitchen. She didn’t miss a single piece required for full installation. There were so many pieces we needed and I definitely would have messed that up if I had tried to do it myself. That being said, I am a do it yourself person and it still would have been over my head. After her initial quote I thought for sure I would be able to find the parts cheaper on line over shopping in a brick and mortar store, to my surprise that was not the case... it was even Black Friday!! Across the board everything she sold me was cheaper than I could find it online, which was a great feeling!! The products they offer are all quality and they have a nice selection in store. If you are picky like me, Janice also helped me find exactly what I wanted in my price range and special ordered it for me. I definitely recommend if you want great service and products!

My wife and I went to this shop at the insistence of our kitchen remodel designer so that we could pick out our kitchen faucet for our high end modern decor. We waited 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge us and another 20 minutes to actually get any type of assistance. The customer service woman made a failed attempt at finding us information on a faucet we were interested in and proceeded to play with her phone mid attempt. We waited another 20 minutes for another sales woman to assist us and she stated she would come right back and we waited yet another 20 minutes to no avail. We left the store with zero help. I do not recommend this store. Perhaps, a non-lgtb, mixed race individual will have more luck. Zero stars for this place. Ten stars for the toilet that washes, massages and cools and dries your butt though 🤷🏻‍♀️

I just purchased a lovely 3,000 sq feet lake home. Went to Artisan Kitchen and Bath Gallery and the sales associate named Kevin treated me badly.

I asked a lady for help so she nicely guided me to Kevin and he said to her, “im too expensive for you”.

He walked me to the fixtures I was interested in and looked at me from head to toe. I asked him if he had a vanity that I liked but in wood, and without looking at me, said “no”, turned around and left me there and never came back.

I wonder if the owners of that company know of this sales person. He’s bad for business.
