Store was nice and organized. As a customer I felt comfortable while shopping withe the help of associate Cassy, she was very detailed and had much knowledge about each set I was looking into. I will definitely be back to make another purchase hopefully I’ll have the same experience

I went into this store with my mother 10/22/23 and had the most phenomenal experience. Ebony and Patera were very helpful throughout our experience even staying 2 hours after closing time to continue to help my mother and I create an entire new wardrobe for me. Excellent Service.

Tonya the manager on staff went the extra mile for our experience. She made sure that we had everything we needed, including adding helpful suggestions for EVERY single outfit! I suggest going to this location anytime she is there. She was very kind, insightful, and comforting during my experience. Tonya also stated we could stay and continue as long as we needed. I am not much of a shopper and normally would get frustrated after the first hour of shopping. Tonya made my experience so great I was able to last 4 1/2 hours! I am so grateful for her and the rest of her team. They all contributed in their own ways with Tonya at the head making an outstanding lasting impression on my life.

Had great sale!!! Selection was good, but on line selection is sooo MUCH better. The in store value... actually feel material, verify quality of garment, and trying on for actual fit. Size does vary with style and cut off garment. The ladies were very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Scre travels to GA. Looking forward to next visit.

I had the worst experience today. I went to the store for a return. I was met by the manager Candance. Candance was very rude. I asked speak to the manager and when she told me she was the manager I had a weird look on my face. Like... how could you be the manager with this type of attitude. She looked at my receipt and told me she could not make the return because I paid cash and she did not have any cash in her drawer ($40). She kept trying to apologize which was not the resolution for someone who drove over 60 miles to the store. Long story short, Felicia was a sales associate who resolved the issue (you would have thought she was the manager from her attitude, which was so pleasant). Felicia advised Candance she can do the return on her drawer, but why was this not a suggestion from the manger in the first place. If it was not for Felicia, I did not know that was even an option. I would not be going back to that store as long as Candance is there.

By Far My FAVORITE Plus Size Store. The staff at this location is super friendly and very professional. While visiting today, I witnesses staff cleaning and keeping the store organized. They are covid cautious and wear mask! I truly enjoy shopping here.

I love shopping at Ashley Stewart. The manager and her staff are the most friendliest people you can have. They greet each customer with a smile. They know me so well they know what I like and let me know it's in so I can come buy it. That goes for the manager and each salesperson there at this location. They make sure they even call me to let me know they got some new mdse in that I might like and they are right to the point. I'm not just saying it. Send a secret shopper you will see the courteous staff that's there to make each customer feel welcome.
