I am from New Orleans and new to the area. I'm looking to do some hoodies for the upcoming turkey bowl. I contacted Quita, and from the moment I stepped in, she was very welcoming and polite. She helped me create my vision while also assisting others effortlessly. I was invited for my feedback just to make sure the product was to my satisfaction. It was nothing short of amazing. Lovely shop, wonderful experience, and great customer service.

I just want to say I really appreciate the service I received for my order. I called less than 24 before a funeral & this company was really compassionate towards me. I called requesting 100 obituaries & they got to work fast. Her assistant responded to me fast over the phone when I was inquiring & he helped/answered all my requests. Once I went to pick up the order I was able to meet the owner & she also had a great Aura. She even made me a shirt & lighter. This was also all AFFORDABLE. I won’t ever forget this place. I’ll always tell people about their services. Thank you so much for helping me with part of my load while I was having a hard life changing moment!

This place is not a true vinyl store. The selection was extremely limited, and the owner should be embarrassed to call it one. If the person who assisted me was the owner, she definitely needs a refresher in customer service. She acted as if I was bothering her by asking questions while she was busy texting on her phone. There’s simply no comparison to Aviva Wholesale—an actual vinyl store in Atlanta.

First off, I would like to give 10 stars if I could. I found the store through Google and needing printing services asap. It was 2pm and she was closing at 4 and she then told me to go ahead and place my order and she would get it done. I then drove 1.5 hours for this vinyl. Mind you I did not know how to use the transfer sheets either, she gave me a tutorial and made sure I knew what I was doing before I left. Not to mention, once she started packing up my order, I then realized I was short an image. She really blessed me when she took her coat off and was like today is your lucky day since you are already here, I will print what you need. I was panicking and she was just like Calm Down. Needless to say, I am forever returning also I went in for some products and left with motivation. She talked to me saying Don't be afraid to build your brand and services. I 100% recommend this store.

I was disappointed with my experience despite the quality of their work. I provided clear instructions for a custom shirt order, but they placed the logo incorrectly. When I clarified my request, the response was defensive and dismissive, with no solutions offered. As a customer this response left me uncomfortable to advocate for myself and the needs of my request.

When I picked up the shirts, I expressed my concerns but was met with defensiveness, which felt unprofessional. While the craftsmanship met my standards, I still felt the need to acknowledge the issue. Instead of confirming my request, the worker assumed what I wanted without asking for clarification. This lack of communication, combined with poor customer service and a lack of accountability, makes me hesitant to return. I hope they improve how they handle client concerns in the future.

This place is amazing!!! The lady who was there when I purchased today (I believe she's the owner) was amazing. She was very helpful and professional. This store is cozy and full of variety it over the shadows the lack of parking near by but it's worth the walk once you get inside. I recommend this place for all your vinyl needs. 5 stars!!!
