Used to love shopping here but not now. They were selling a bag for $525.00. In looking at the pockets, I found the original tag inside for $149.99. I showed it to one of the sales ladies who very nicely said she’d see what she could do about the price. She takes it to this younger girl - a total snot - who said - oh the lady who brought this in said it was from Aspen (like I’m supposed to be impressed?) and that the tag wasn’t accurate (says who?). She then insinuated that I was lying about the tag. Right, like I'm wandering around town looking for bags that this tag describes so I can plant it and try to get a discount...Absolutely absurd. They asked if I still wanted it. A bag marked up 250% from its original price with snotty customer service like that? No thanks. I’ll buy it on Poshmark without the upcharge and attitude. But buyers beware: anything they sell there, you can find for so much less at other shops, on eBay, Poshmark, ThreadUp, and The Real Real.

I’ve visited Audrey’s of Naples four times while searching for the perfect outfit for a special occasion wedding, and while I haven’t made a purchase yet, I have to say—this shop is a gem. The selection is beautifully curated, with high-end consignment pieces that are stylish, unique, and well-maintained.

What really sets Audrey’s apart is the exceptional staff. They are warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, offering great style advice without any pressure to buy. It’s clear they care about their customers and want you to find something that truly fits your needs.

Even though I haven’t found the right piece yet, I keep coming back because the experience is always enjoyable. If you're looking for quality consignment with a boutique feel, this is the place to go!

Took in nice designer clothes but apparently they’re too full to take anybody else’s clothes. I was told to go to another places and quote “that my clothes would “shine” in there” I’m not shopping at somewhere where my clothes aren’t acceptable that are also labeled high end designer they are full for new consignors. This is my take on this store and you have to bring in at least 20 items to even be seen which I was well over that and people were trying to look at my items on the rack that she was giving back to me but apparently they weren’t good enough for her. I will shop somewhere else. The store also has an odd weird smell to it .

Audrey’s is my favorite place to shop!!! An absolute gem in Naples! All of my favorite outfits are purchased here. I even use many of their pieces in photoshoots for my business. Whenever I am doing a photoshoot I shop here for elevated styles that compliment my earring designs. They curate a collection of quality pieces in an affordable range, ensuring there's something for everyone. I come as often as I can and every time you walk in, you’re welcomed and treated like family. This place never disappoints.

Excellent place to sell your high end designer items. I used to sell and buy my luxury items on TRR, FASHIONPHILE and REBAG but now I found Audrey’s and I can’t say enough great things about Quenby and her staff. They have sold many of my items which I no longer carry or wear for a premium price. Better than the other places online. I don’t think I will ever go back. Some of the items she’s sold are featured here. SOLD!
