This mall has a booth called adventure rides and it's motorized stuffed animals and my daughter and I had a really fun time riding these around the mall! We went to Build A Bear and the employees were really nice and helpful. We went to both Lids stores and the employees there helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Every store was neat and clean. This was my second trip to this mall and I have experienced a good time both visits!

Today was the first time in along time that I’ve gone to the mall and I see it really hadn’t changed and exactly why I stayed away! Why do parents ever think it’s a good idea to let your teenager go halfway dressed out in public and use the language that I heard as usual from them in there today or the staff allowing kids to ride on animals all over and in front of elderly people walking and trying to shop and spend their money shopping while those parents are busy playing on their phones are just ignoring their own kids while other ones running through the mall! Thanks for the reminder !!

Our experience was a good one. We enjoyed the variety of stores offered. We also enjoyed the parking options. Next time we must try something from the food court.

Augusta Mall is like a shopping safari—there’s adventure around every corner, and you never know what treasure you might stumble upon. Whether you’re hunting for the perfect outfit, grabbing a snack, or just people-watching, this place has it all.

The store variety is fantastic, with everything from high-end brands to reliable staples. You can start with a splurge at Dillard’s or Macy’s and then swing by the food court for some much-needed fuel (because shopping is basically cardio, right?). Speaking of the food court, it’s got everything from pretzels to bubble tea, so you’re covered no matter what your cravings are.

The layout is spacious and clean, but fair warning—wear comfy shoes because you’ll definitely rack up some steps here. It’s like a mini workout with a side of retail therapy. Bonus points if you avoid the temptation of ā€œjust one more storeā€ (spoiler: you won’t).

The staff in the stores are generally friendly and helpful, and the mall itself feels safe and well-maintained. The ambiance strikes a nice balance—busy enough to be exciting, but not so chaotic that you feel like you’re in a stampede.

If you’re a fan of multitasking, Augusta Mall lets you do it all: shop, eat, walk off those snacks, and even catch a movie. It’s a one-stop-shop for fun and functionality. Just keep an eye on your wallet—it has a way of mysteriously getting lighter here.

All in all, Augusta Mall is a great spot to spend a few hours (or more) and leave with a mix of bags, full bellies, and maybe a bit of buyer’s remorse. Highly recommended for a fun day out—just don’t forget to stretch beforehand!

Came by for lunch and after stepping over large amounts of weave inside the mall and what looked like toilet tissue shredded we sat down at the least crumb covered table and bench. I was reminded why I never came here when I lived here. Definitely going out in regency mall style, but that’s Augusta. Home of the Masters and absolutely nothing else. Disappointing to no end because it had so much potential.

I don't always frequent malls full disclosure. I actually walked around more than I normally would. For a late Monday afternoon because Christmas, it was busy, but far from crazy. I was impressed with the food court given the numerous options.

Completely gone downhill. Stores have next to no employees. If you feel a sense of this place being unsafe especially if you are at the mall by yourself there are plenty of reasons why. I don't like being watched and stared at rudely.

This mall is huge. It’s not dead. Large anchor stores. They are fully stocked too. There are multiple levels. Multiple security guards. Late food court with nice selections. The walking space is perfect. There’s something for everyone here. Lots of restaurants around the perimeter, as well as other stores to shop.
