They were wonderful! She made the entire visit about my two year old son! He had such a blast trying on new shoes and letting her check his feet in them! She was thorough and so sweet. We will most definitely be going back again and again.

They have a very nice selection of shoes for men, women and children. Unfortunately I could not find what I needed as I require wide shoes. I did, however, get 2 pair for my husband. They are a little pricey though.

I bought a pair of on clouds over the past year from this store. They didn’t even hold up 90 days and because they are not a large store there is no way to return for defect. The on clouds of purchased from a large retail store would have been swapped out but basically I paid 170.00 for shoes for three months. This is the problem with buying from a small local store. Also the people that work their were not friendly at all. So pay large box store price bad service and no warranty.

I was in this store about 30 minutes before closing time one day and the staff acted as if they did not want to help me while I was looking at shoes. I asked about a color and got told “no that is all we have right there” and the employee just walked off and did not even attempt to ask if I needed a size in anything else. Found another shoe I wanted to try and I had to stop the other employee to ask for a size and she got it for me and walked off. No one ever checked on me again after that to see if they worked or needed different size so I just got my purse and left. I will NOT be back to this store. I understand it was almost closing time and they were ready to go, but I was still a customer in the store during working hours, regardless with full intentions of buying not one but THREE pairs of shoes along with clothing until I was treated like I didn’t matter nor my business, and I am sure my 3 year old with me, acting like any 3 year old does in a store, had something to do with it… Will NOT be back here, this location anyways, not to mention I drove over an hour to get here because I heard great things about it!

I bought a pair of on cloud shoes on 6-20-22 Wore them once, carried then back because they have a 30 day comfort return today is July 8 and was told by the clerk that I could not return them even with a receipt or for a store credit. Do not use them they will not honor their return policy.

Still haven't heard from anyone.

The women that checked me finding exactly what i was looking for was of great help to me!! She not only gave me great customer service but was very kind and understanding!!! This was inbetween 5:00-6:00. I appreicate her very much. I have forgot her name but had dark long brown hair and had great smile .

Went in super nice. Bought a pair of Hey dudes around 10:30. Went home put them on wore them about 2 hours and decided I wanted to go one size bigger. And called up there. She said no problem. Get up there an because the bottom of the shoe had two hours of wear MAYBE!! NOTHING SHE COULD DO. FOR THE RECORD THE SHOES ARE IN MINT CONDITION BUT THE BOTTOM HAD 2 HOURS OF WEAR. Not in mud, water, or anything like that. I was on a sidewalk, Walmart parking lot and Walmart store in them THATS IT! I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PAIR OF SHOES FROM THIS PLACE. EVER! I JUST HOPE NO ONE ELSE GOES THROUGH WHAT I DID.
