I wish I had read the reviews across multiple platforms before trusting this establishment with a large purchase for a great client. I hate to write bad reviews about any business, but also need to protect future buyers and businesses like ourselves.

We followed the instructions to a tee, even using the sealer they told us to use, which we had receipts for and showed them), the vendors response (Authentic Provence - 0 stars, do NOT recommend) has been anything but professional.

We've been trying to resolve the issue since the end of October 2024, where they have repeatedly gaslit our experience, been unresponsive, NEVER called us back, have sent a few emails completely disregarding us and taking zero responsibility. When they do respond, they always have something new that we did wrong. We are design build professionals that have been in business over 21 years, and take quality and good customer service very seriously.

We purchased an $18,000+/- Fontaine Octagonale
fc-1119 limestone fountain from them, which was $30,000+ cost to our client with installation in March 2024. The fountain is already pitting and limestone is flaking off in less than year of installation. They say it's lack of care, however, no chemicals have been used on the fountain, and it was installed and sealed per their recommendation as stated above. They had a 'forensic stone specialist' look at it from photos, but that was also unhelpful. Basically, nothing is their fault and they won't attempt to find a solution, so only purchase here if you have money to burn, cause we may as well have lit $30k+ on fire.

Who needs to travel to France when you can visit the newly located Authentic Provence in WPB, FL?! The beautifully curated assortment of European offerings is bountiful and the staff is friendly and helpful. Be sure to visit the main buildings and stroll in the lovely gardens too!

It was an absolute treat to visit Authentic Provence! I drove 10 hours from Atlanta specifically to buy Anduze urns. I assumed I would quickly see the shop and make my selections. However, the shop is massive and I truly felt like I had been transported to France. Xenia was gracious enough to give me a tour! She is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about all things Provence. I purchased 2 medium and 2 small Anduze urns in the most unique shade of blue. I wanted to leave with more and will purchase again from Authentic Provence. If you are looking for authentic, quality, European antiques and pottery then Authentic Provence is a must shop!
