Horrible service, he lies all the time. Diego or Christian Williams has had our car park for two months with no answers about nothing ,after sending us messages that they were working on it. When we arrived we’ve seen it parked outside flat tires and dusty. His mechanic hadn’t even touched it. (He lied about only being able to take it to his mechanic or the car coverage wouldn’t cover but it does go to another mechanic!)

Got this car in January I was having trouble with the struts it felt like my wheel was going to fall off I took it on Diego said he was going to see what was wrong with it . He had my car for a “WEEK” knowing I have to work !! I had to bug him hey Diego pls I need my car back I have 6 kids I have to support. He did nothing said he couldn’t find the problem I’m like really so come to find out he kept putting me on hold now they went out of business “”””” I don’t know what to do “”””

My husband a car here and they worked with him on getting him into a car. We have been waiting on our licenses plates for almost three months now and all we get is that they have been mailed and make me a promise that I will have them but I have now been waiting for three weeks and still have not received them. I called and was told that I would get them on a certain day and that day has came on gone and still don't have my licenses plates.

After 3 weeks of car shopping and getting constantly rejected I came across their ad on offer up and i was skeptical at first because everyone asked me for a high down payment or told me To get a cosigner ! So i called and spoke to christian explained my situation and he explained that bad credit wasn't a problem because I have a stable job, he sent me a link to do an application and i filled it out and less than 10 minutes. he called to give me the great news I went to the dealer that same day, a sale rep gave me many options and in less than an hour I drove off in a 2015 Hyundai Sonata! I never thought i would qualify for a car i actually liked ! i really appreciate the team at Auto Express I really recommend them 🙏🏻
