We heard good recommendations about this place from other thrifters and decided that we should check this place out. Honestly, it was so surprising that this place has such low reviews because this shop is awesome. There is a great selection of clothing as well as other trinkets and jewelry items. Furthermore the staff is very friendly and helpful and the vibes in here were great. Very disappointed that this place is reviewed poorly. Hopefully this review can help others discover this great thrift store 😁

Absolutely loved shopping here! This shop has more curated pieces but definitely a lot of great finds. Prices for pieces is about $12-17 range from what I saw, so it’s definitely much pricier. But if you’re into second hand and vintage clothing, stop in!

Genuinely have never gone to a more unwelcoming business in my life. Every employee was either bored, busy on their phone, or flat out rude. The cashiers had awful attitudes and made a snide remark over a top I was buying and it’s sizing. Literally had to laugh out loud. Just because you have one or two plus size employees does not give you some automatic inclusivity pass. Non inclusive sizing, over priced merchandise that you could get literally at any other thrift store for more than half the price, dirty bathroom. Overall terrible experience. ❤️

I called to ask if they were taking plus size clothes. Mostly business casual. I had a ton of clothes, the girl that took them back, clearly didn’t want to be there. She text me back in 15 minutes and said she didn’t want anything )not nearly enough time to go through this many clothes) A lot of them still have tags. I asked why and she said they weren’t looking for these sizes! I’ll never go back!

DO NOT SELL THEM YOUR STUFF
I like shopping here, I have found nice pieces. However, they advertise that they buy your clothes but they won’t give you even half of what each item is worth. They’ll offer you $3 basically for a brand new top, and then I saw them selling it for $12 dollars. Not all cashiers, but there are like 2 of them that are really rude.

I’ve come here a few times now. I actually live in Chicago but my wife works near Orlando so I travel to see her a lot. Every time I go I beg to go to Avalon exchange. They have plus sizes! It’s affordable! I always leave with something. Thank you guys so much for having plus sizes. Idk why thrift stores in Chicago can’t carry larger sizes. But I literally would travel 1,000 miles to shop at this location.

One of my favorite thrift store in Orlando. They always have cute items for sale and they are fair in what clothes they buy back. Plus, they allow pups inside which makes for an easy stop on the way to the park.

Today was the first time I stepped foot into this establishment, although both the outside/ inside of the store was inviting. The staff was RANCID, and a lot of what they had to offer (today) was worn out and overpriced. Likewise, there wasn't much sizing variety. Needless to say, I will not be going back.
