Ave's Place is a beautiful (+ air conditioned) cafe connected to the West Melbourne park. They have a delicious assortment of sandwiches, shakes, coffee, smoothies, baked goods, and ice cream! Our recent favorite, the orange dreamsicle shake, is a perfect blend of citrus and sweet. Plus the purchases directly support Promise Inc residents. We are always warmly greeted by residents and staff (⁠ ⁠◜⁠‿⁠◝⁠ ⁠)⁠♡ Please stop by for good food and a good time!

What a find! Inside a well-kept, family-oriented park, the building that houses Ave’s Place is ample with a high ceiling, various comfy areas to sit, wifi, snacks, lunch foods, ice cream, coffee, affogato, yum! The Promise boutique is cool and has great deals on second-hand, donated items. It’s just a joy yo be there. People are friendly!

We love Ave’s Place! Our family is always happy to come over and enjoy a wonderful meal and delicious ice cream. We really appreciate spending time talking with the people who work there—they are super friendly and helpful. Plus, we love shopping at their boutique. Ave’s Place is a gem that we look forward to visiting again and again!

Wonderful food. Superb BBQ and BBQ sauce that is very well priced for lunch, as well as delicious baked goods and ice cream. Currently, they are having reduced hours due to covid it seems; I am looking forward to when they fully reopen deli area. Is situated in middle of park with open fields, splash pad, and play areas. Highly recommend for a family outing on weekends for lunch and play. In addition to menu they have pulled pork, brisket, and italian sausage heros.

Wow! The owner and staff were so pleasant, I don’t think they could give bad service if they tried! The kiddos enjoyed the splash pad and a cheese pizza afterwards which they loved! Ice cream is a must here! Would give more than 5 stars for overall experience if I could!
