I want to know how it is possible that my father, who has a twice-broken back and has to have the fentanyl transdermal patches manufactured by this company to be able to even walk without crying, can open TWO separate boxes of his patches, both of which were previously sealed, and find patches missing. These boxes are supposed to have five patches in them, yet this makes twice that we have opened a box and found only four. As this is a controlled drug, we can't get refills early when Dad has to go without them, we have to wait, and I have to watch my father be in enough pain that he can't get out of bed once the previous patch has left his system. What kind of company doesn't input enough controls to make sure they are not shorting boxes of patches? Once might have been a coincidence, but this makes twice. I am disgusted.
