Thanks to Sierra I had an amazing experience from beginning to end at the Avocado store in Santa Monica. It's a beautiful store and she was very patient and kind and very knowledgeable. She answered every question I had in great detail on each day I visited the store and via email. It was a big decision, so I spent a lot of time there. She chose the perfect bed for me, and even though I wasn't sure at first, I absolutely love it! It took me one day to get used to and I have been very comfortable ever since the second night. I really appreciate the details I learned about the mattress and how to take care of it, thank you so very much Sierra for your excellent service!

This was my second visit to this store for a purchase. I purchased a mattress here 2 years ago, and today I came back to purchase a mattress topper. I have to say that the Julia the sales specialist was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I dealt with her one my previous visit, and she was just as excellent then. The product line is durable and comfortable and the quality speaks for itself. What impressed me most, was the quality of the customer service provided at the store.

MOLD - bought mattresses and adjustable platform beds. After just (about) six months in Santa Monica both are showing serious amounts of mold. Avacado is being difficult about refunding the mattress cost and REFUSES to refund the platform bed which we think caused the mold (a mattress not on their platform bed didn't mold). Bad designs and the worst support - DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

I purchased my first Avocado mattress a few years ago, and I was quite satisfied with the product -- it was as good as the reviews said it would be. Since then, I have come back and made additional purchases. Again the product has been very good. But the customer support experience was not exceptional. But this changed with my most recent purchase a couple of weeks ago, when Julia provided exceptional service comparable to the high standards of the product. Thank you!
