Cute collection of clothes at different price points, but lacking in a range of sizes. They have a few plus size items but it’s limited to one rack in the entire store. They don’t seem to order a lot of the larger sizes either (usually the only items left are smalls). Also, the customer service is hit or miss. Sometimes the staff greet you and assist you, other times they stay up front and play on their phones. You’d think they’d at least offer to put your items in a dressing room for you or ask if you’re shopping for a special occasion.

Every time I go in there, the works never speak! Generally when you go into a boutique, you want the workers to speak to you and ask you if you need any help but i walked in today and the worker didn’t greet me or anything because she was too busy in the dressing room taking photos of the clothes. It annoys me so much that I just don’t like shopping there anymore because the workers are just rude. Yes they have cute clothes but their customer service is absolutely terrible.

Loves shopping at B darlin! They have great quality clothing. Their purchaser does a great job with the style choices. AND I LOVE THEIR SHOES!! GREAT QUALITY ! I get sooo many compliments on my Blu Chocolate gold and white cow hide shoes.

I refuse to shop somewhere where the employees don’t respect my health. The employee was not wearing a mask. I can’t imagine why that isn’t mandatory for the safety of shoppers.
