Dianne Daniels - what a wonderful associate and facilitator. Made our furniture hunt so very easy. We were looking for a specific piece of natural wood furniture - needed a specific color and size.

Dianne searched the inventory, found exactly what we were envisioning, gave us all the details on our selected item, updated me by text as examples arrived in the store, made special accommodations for our situation - all of which was done very quickly with just the right amount communication.

Once we established our targeted piece - Dianne took over and did all the legwork and research to connect us with our chosen treasure. It was an absolute joy working with Dianne, extremely efficient, accommodating and a pleasure to interact with. She will be my go-to for all future furniture needs.

Researched what I was looking for online and went to the store to see the color in person. Once in the store, I realized it wasn't the color I envisioned, and Virginia LeBlanc was very helpful in locating another set which I felt would match better with the remaining furniture I ordered next door at Lifestyles. She is very experienced and competent, and I am very happy with my purchase. The delivery was quick and efficient, and I was impressed by the professionalism displayed by their delivery staff as well. I purchased some dining chairs this morning from Babette's and the customer service from start to finish was excellent. My salesperson was Dolph Burgrabe, and he was so helpful in answering my questions and didn't rush me in my decision. This was a fairly small purchase, but he still let me take all the time I needed. All of the people I encountered there were very welcoming and helpful.

We had a great experience working with Ivis at Babette's. We didn't bring any furniture and needed to outfit our new home in The Villages. It was overwhelming but Ivis was with us every step of the way. She effectively listened to our needs and designed each of our rooms. She brought the colors together and it was so much less stressful for the two of us. She visited our house several times and brought samples with her to help us further visualize what it would look like. We are extremely happy with how it turned out and now look forward to working with her to pick out the accent pieces in each room. A true professional with an organization that has quality furniture!

Diane was amazing. We entered the store after we arrived there by mistake. We were heading to a store up the road and I to the wrong exit. She greeted us and we dismissed her saying we were just looking. We are new here and our first impression of Babettes was they were expensive. We soon found a TV console that seemed to be a pretty good deal. She checked back in with us a minute later. She was very helpful. They didn’t have the color we wanted in stock but they had it incoming. Then we noticed the matching end tables and coffee table. She went to check availability and I sat in a leather power recliner. I was in love. I learned long ago that cheap things aren’t good and good things aren’t cheap! We bought it all and returned to get another recliner and an office desk. Their selection is amazing and Diane was as well. I’m a Babettes fan!
