Marie in sales gave us excellent service all around.
We are also thrilled with our delivery team and experience. Our homes have been filled with Restoration Hardware for probably about the last 15 years. I found exactly what I was looking for in the store… my salesman was helpful but not pushy.I could not accept delivery for almost 2 months because of some construction in my house and they gladly held it for me , then delivered the day I needed! Delivery was quick and efficient. I have a two-story home and challenging stairs and the guys managed perfectly! The only thing I would say is that when the delivery person had to call the store to confirm my delivery, he had to wait on hold through the entire phone ad before he could get to his destination. I think the delivery guys should have a direct line! Besides that I couldn’t be more happy with the entire process of shopping, purchasing, quality service, and the delivery process.

Adamm our sales rep was fantastic. He spent four hours with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and that we were happy with it. Even though we changed our minds a few times in our purchases and then changed them back, he was extremely patient and kind and helped us for our benefit every step of the way. Delivery was flawless, and the delivery people were thoughtful, considerate and friendly. We are very happy with our Baer’s purchase from start to finish.

We just recently purchased 2 new mattresses from Baer's Furniture. Our Salesperson was Rhea and she was absolutely fantastic. My wife and I both require a plush and supportive mattress. Rhea spent a great deal of time with us exploring all of our options and educated us on various types of mattresses. Rhea is the most professional, knowledgeable and best overall furniture store Salesperson we have ever met. If you are shopping for a mattress, we strongly recommend you visit Baer's Furniture and specifically ask for Rhea! She is the absolute best. If we are in need of any additional furniture, we will not even consider using anyone other then Rhea. The delivery of our mattresses were also handled with extreme professionalism. Malcolm, Orlando, Chris and Mike were all absolutely fantastic and professional. Delivery dates and times were as scheduled, with absolutely no issues.

Love it! Terry was our salesperson and he was very helpful and professional. We found the perfect pieces to fit our space. He made the whole process enjoyable. When it came to delivery day the delivery team was very polite, professional, and friendly. Malcolm, Reed, and Jeff were very careful in unwrapping the furniture, very careful in placement, and overall a delight to work with. We have had bad experiences with other companies in the past. Sale experience was great but the delivery process wasn’t good. Customer was notified of delivery time and delivery staff was notified of a different time. Delivery service was unwilling to admit that an error was made at the store regarding the delivery time, which resulted in customer stress and hardship! Next time I would use a different Baer’s Store, don’t use Melbourne. In this case no regard was given that there might be a problem and the customer was wrongly treated.
This review is being updated after Baer’s Cooperate contacted us, listened to the situation and resolved the issue with us and was going to conduct an internal review of what happened to prevent other incidents.
Cooperate has shown that they care about customer service. I would absolutely purchase from this store again.
