I have ate here 3 times since being over from the Uk. The bagels are so tasty and can tell they are fresh. The almond croissant was by far the best I have ever had and the other pastries looked lovely too!

Despite other comments, the iced coffees are really nice, especially the caramel mac. I have always found the service is satisfactory but maybe a little bit rushed at times.

I have only rated a 4 as I do believe some items are a little bit expensive. I think the atmosphere could be improved in the shop with just a little bit of background music.

I have been here a couple of times and even though their bagels and food are delicious, they lack customer service. They didn’t even have plates and you need to bus your own table. I feel that they need to focus a little bit more on that.

Let me be clear — THIS IS THE BEST BAGEL SPOT IN THE AREA. This review is solely regarding the service I received while I was there.

I went to the cashier to order and was looking at the options. I asked the guy up front if they had any egg bagels. He laughed like I was crazy for asking, and responded with “all our bagels have eggs”. Funny thing was they have a sign on their counter saying that all their bagels are NOT MADE WITH EGGS. I just ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese because I didn’t want to deal with him and ask any further questions.

When my order came out, they got it wrong because he put an onion bagel instead of a plain. Had to wait again for my order to be remade and at this point I was over it.

I enjoy this place for breakfast however I was charger $2.50 for avocado that they failed to add so I got home and added my own. I understand there is a staff shortage it took me 34 minutes to get one sandwich and one bagel. Even in a shortage the customer is getting charge full amount. If I could I will give them a 0 stars

I tried the bacon egg and cheese without the mayo and ketchup. Not spectacular but decent. Didn’t have a whole lot of flavor without the sauces but I’m not a big fan of mayo or Katchup 🤷🏼‍♂️

The banana bread was really good. Tasty and crispy on top just like you want. Soft and moist inside (my favorite).

The blueberry muffin was so so. The blueberries themselves were great, but the muffin lacked a lot of flavor. Just tasted like bread with blueberries. The crumb on top was decent.

Service was friendly and fast.

Love this place! Got the cheddar jalapeno bagel with lox spread and it was so delicious and toasted perfectly. They offer really great cream cheese options like scallion, strawberry and jalapeno that I had a hard time choosing, but the lox spread was incredible. Their pastries look really tasty as well - I definitely want to try next time. Customer service was wonderful and the ambiance is relaxing - great place to study, relax or chat with a friend.

Ordering is performed at a kiosk, not an issue. Bagels are fine, but the coffee is totally awful, hot garbage.

I 100% believe the staff here made my coffee with the previous customers spent coffee grounds. The flavor is distinct and completely gross.

This place serves the purpose of being the only bagel shop in its vicinity and offers nothing of note apart from well baked crossaints (not the bagels lol).

Definitely did not feel value for my dollar spent (like $12 for a bagel dude), and I'm motivated to drive a few extra miles for a different experience. Do not recommend this place as a rule to my fellow humans.

This business does not deserve to survive.

It's probably the best bagel sandwich cafe in southern California, also the breakfastomelet is great. Very fresh and very tasty always. Their vegetarian option is great tasting also. But beware you might have to wait little longer than other places.
