One of the manager's, Amy, was the absolute best. She was so patient with me while I decided what to purchase. She was fast with recommendations too. Amy had me, and my wife, laughing and at ease. Thank you, Amy, for creating a welcoming and fun experience.

As always, I was able to stock my closet due to the great sale they were having. I only wish they had a better selection of petite pants. The customer service is terrific! They go above and beyond to help you find what you need.

Honestly, the staff are the rudest people I’ve EVER dealt with. I was a regular at this store. But NO LONGER. I was spending over 300.00. But at 7:02pm. Instead of someone asking me. If I even needed help. They first blared the radio, and went on to turn the lights off. So I walked to the register (which NO ONE was at ). Laid the stuff down I was buying 8 shirts, a pair of shorts, and a pair of jeans. Never was I even acknowledged. So I walked away from counter leaving stuff there. They had the door lock. I stood there for a good 3 or 4 minutes.NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED!!!! I finally unlocked the door myself and walked out. I got about 25 steps and heard the door lock back. This store REALLY needs a MANAGEMENT OVERHAUL. I shop all the time and have all over this country. And today was the rudest and must uncouth people I’ve ever seen.

The staff was very friendly and inviting. They helped me look for polo's and looked for good deals. After checking out they even opened the door for our kids. Might not sound like a big deal but exceptional customer service isn't something you run across everyday anymore. Will definitely be back.

Love their clothes, but their customer service skills need work. I also have no idea who is a customer there and who works there because no one wears name tags or anything that indicates they are an employee. They also left the security tag on a blazer I bought so I had to go all the way back out there.
