Amazing service! They did such a fantastic job with my boy, Gallifrey! I'm so glad I chose Bark N Bath and Beyond! Gallifrey is a service dog in training and I really couldn't have chosen someone better to take great care with grooming him! He smells fantastic and looks so much better! Thank you so much!

Love them! This was my dog’s first experience with a groomer and they did an amazing job! The ladies there were all so nice, and I could tell my dog had a great time with them, as did All the other doggos coming out when we went to pick her up. She looks so good with her trim, smells so good, and most importantly (to me) she is shedding so much less than before we took her in. And they bedazzled her and gave her a cute bandana for the 4th! Zuri (my dog) will definitely be coming back to them.

Topanga loves going to the salon. They take such good care of my baby girl. Kristen takes extra care on each area of her. Even paints her toe nails. The staff is overwhelming pleasant and hospitable. Everyone treats you like family. Lily and Melanie are the bathers and they make sure Topanga is squeaky clean. She always smells so good when she leaves. Liz the boutique manager and Monica the owner are wonderful woman and super kind. I love taking Topanga, and she loves it too. She has become a regular since they do such an amazing job and take special care .

Very high quality grooming service. They took excellent care of my Siberian Husky, Krystal. She came back better then expected. Her fur was so soft and smelled so fresh. Nails trimmed perfectly. Fully brushed out too. Probably one of most affordable options in town!

We took our poodle rescue here for his first ever proper grooming appointment, we were nervous with how he would react because he has separation anxiety but they reported he did well, he just got a little sensitive when they are were trimming around the paws. All the staff there are really nice, and they did such an excellent job with the style, it was exactly what I requested with the photos I showed them for inspiration! His coat is also the softest it’s ever been and he smells really nice. This place is a hidden gem, I will definitely return.

Hi, I took my dog to this place 4 times. First time everything seemed great and they did a good job on her. Second time I noticed that my dog’s nose seemed a bit swollen but I brushed it off thinking that she probably hit her nose somewhere. Third time everything went well. The last time I took her, which was 11/18, I asked how my dog behaved and the groomer said she doesn’t like to be crated which is true and I noticed the left side of her nose had a sore, probably from her trying to break out of the crate. She wasn’t properly dried either and they tied the bandana too tight around her neck that I had to cut it off with scissors. The next day I noticed my dog’s nose had started peeling off and it was obviously infected. Had to take her to the vet and now I’ve been wiping her nose with medicated wipes and she’s healing. The staff is friendly but I don’t think they can handle very large dogs.

I have taken my dogs to this groomer many times and my experience has always been acceptable. I never felt that they did as good of a job as my previous groomer, but it was always fine. I just returned home from picking my dogs up from their last grooming and they look fine, however, when I arrived to pick them up, the receptionist informed me that their card reader was down at the moment (something they could have told me when they called to tell me I could pick my dogs up.) The manager came out from the back room and said one word to me, “Zelle.” I told them I don’t use it and have always paid with card in the past. They all just stood there looking at me like I needed to solve the problem with their card reader. Eventually after going back and forth with them on it, I suggested that they could call me when their card reader was working again and I would pay over the phone. The groomer agreed and said she would call me when it was working again. The manager came back out and asked (in Spanish) if I was going to pay and the groomer told her (in Spanish) what we had agreed to. The manager wouldn’t accept that, so she went into the back room and grabbed an extension cable to plug the card reader in. Apparently we had to go back and forth for a problem they could have solved themselves in less than 10 seconds. They also wouldn’t bring my dogs out to me until payment was resolved. It seems ridiculous to me that they would make me wait to get my dogs back all because they didn’t want to do something that took 10 seconds to do. Unfortunately, I will be looking for a new groomer now, because of the way the manager chose to handle this situation. The groomer and receptionist were really nice, but it is shocking to me that this even had to turn into and issue when the problem was so easily solved.
