I registered as a customer with Peggy, the manager & she is very informative, polite & kind. My husband’s leather sport jacket was cleaned to perfection and is soft as butter like it was! Our other items were cleaned & cared for beautifully as well! The staff including Peggy, Shay, Andrew & Kevin are so polite helpful & kind! It’s wonderful they pick up & deliver too!

THEY LOST A PIECE OF MY WEDDING DRESS/BROKE SLEEVES/NO REFUND
My alteration lady name Yanna recommended me to this dry cleaner in which I fully trusted considering the amazing job she did on my wedding dress(cost $3700, theirs a reason why I'm humbly mentioning it). The day of my wedding the ribbon to tie the corset was missing and they broke my off the shoulder sleeves(not long but short drape sleeves) that I paid for as well for my alteration lady to customized. When the dress was dropped off right after the alteration, it had the two sleeves on the dress as well as the ribbon tide on the back for the corset.
I've been nothing but nice, respectful and patient for them to find a solution(took 3 weeks until I finally got a response. Clearly being nice sometimes does not take you far).
Peggy, Kevin and Andrew were very helpful and has informed me everything that was invoiced to confirm the total cost to dry clean my wedding dress.
In conclusion I was advised by Peggy(manager) and Kevin to call the owner DJ so he can process the refund. She kept apologizing as well as Andrew and Kevin for the incident. The moment I spoke to DJ(owner) last week, he told me he needs to speak to Peggy. Mind you if it wasn't for me calling them, nobody would have called me to update me about anything. Besides that they wrote my first name as my last name and my last name as my first name while using my husband's phone number(instead of mine).
Finally today I noticed Dj never called me back. Told me he can't do anything and will not give any sort of refund because according to him(lying) the piece to my corset and my two broken drape off the shoulders were not invoiced meanwhile his team told me otherwise and I have a copy of the receipt to prove otherwise.
Taking accountability is very important and clearly this business(the owner) plays dirty, doesn't care for their customers except to take your money, no compassion, the owner DJ is disorganized, a liar and unprofessional. Luckily, I have everything documented and have enough evidence to back up what I'm saying. Hopefully DJ js capable to put his pride aside and solved this fairly.

B&M is an exceptional dry cleaning establishment. I have been a customer for over 30 years. The seamstress at the main plant is phenomenal as was the one at the Federal & 25th Street plant. She’s since retired. She suggests solutions and always gives a quick turn around on alterations. B&M are not expensive nor cheap. You get what you pay for.
They preserved my wedding dress, so you can trust them with your very best clothes.
If you want a great dry cleaner, this is your place.

I recently went to this dry cleaner for the first time. The service was great - the people were super nice, and very efficient. I had taken in a nice suit jacket to get cleaned because it somehow had a giant stain on it that looked like car grease. I had tried getting it out myself but was unsuccessful. I was concerned that nothing would take it out, but the folks at Barton & Miller did a great job. My one recommendation would be to ask for the cost in advance. I should have done that because I was surprised by the cost. But it could be the going rate — I’m not really sure. But overall I left satisfied knowing that I can continue to use the suit jacket which I like very much!

Great place! Dropped my husbands suit and dress shirt off on Monday morning to be dry cleaned before a wedding on Wednesday . They were extremely quick and had it done for us by next day. Very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend

Barton and Millets is a great locally owned dry cleaning and laundry operation open 7 days a week. They always do a great job and are reasonably priced. If you need your clothes back in a hurry, they’ll do it. If you don’t need it until next year, they can handle that, too. They’ll set you up with a business account and bill you once a month which is super convenient. They also do tailoring if you’ve put on a little weight and need some more room. In 20 years I’ve never had a bad experience. Stop by some time. You’ll be glad you did.

I work as a flight crew member for a major airline. It's important that I maintain a crisp clean look. Working long haul flights and 15 hour days, you can imagine what my uniforms go through. I've been taking my uniforms to Barton & Miller Cleaners for quite some time now and it's as if they send me home with a brand new set of uniforms every time! I now bring all of my dress clothes that I want cleaned and pressed. They're also quite friendly and seem genuinely appreciative for my business.
