First time shopping at this local store,we went in for the chicken and chops on sale. Went to the self checkout lane and put in our phone# for ID 4x,never accepted it. A young guy came over to help,but... it didn't ring up the correct sale price. We then went to customer service where we were totally ignored by the assistant manager,( obviously having a extremely bad day),(Daniel) never said he'd be a moment or he would be with us in a
Minute nothing. Finally after a few minutes he said is there a problem and I said yes the register rang up the wrong price,not the sale price. He rudely said you have to put in your info and I said we tried 4x. He acted totally put out with us Like hes doing us a favor. I will really think twice if I want to continue shopping there after all frys is right around the corner with a friendly staff. He needs to be replaced he has no people skills at all.

Very displeased with attitude just received from "Daniel". Initially, he acted irritated that he had to come and assist checking out customers (there were a few backed up). Proceeded to tell me that an item listed on sale, was not the item /size I had in my cart. More than that, he could not tell me the size, and or location of a Bashas that had the product. Said he would find out the information, slowed WAY down scanning the items in my cart, and then came back acting high and mighty with Camelback store address and phone number. Extremely unsatisfied with the way this situation was handled. Very Poor Form.

This old lady (small statue and long gray hair) working there as a cashier has a really bad attitude she’s rude and has no matters.
She needs to be friendly and Courteous to customers patronizing this local business and not answer in a rude manner. My wife asked a question about the price of some item and she answered with an attitude.
Totally unacceptable, she needs an attitude check. Will be kinda hard to do our grocery shopping here if this kinda culture persist.

We shop at this grocery store a couple times a month, and to do so I go out of my way to get there. Most of the employees are great, but the ones that work in the deli always have an attitude. Sorry to be a bother but I need lunch meat cut! Sometimes out of advertised items but I understand that inventory isn't increased for sale items. I like this store but give those employees a talking to, as I can spend my money elsewhere.
