Perfect location at the corner of Diamond Bar and Grand; next to Albertsons, Round Table Pizza, See's Candies and US Bank. My favorite is the banana split - The owner is nice and personable. Please visit to buy ice cream and support this small business!

Scoop is air-corn and small.
Kid sccop should be 2.5 oz each and regular scoop should be 4 oz .
Icecream is good . However, it's evident that the operator is stingy, disappointing the children. We will go to another store.

We got ice cream on 8/17 at around 8:30pm and the two young ladies that assisted us were friendly and accommodating to my son’s allergies. We also went about a week ago during the night and again the two employees were friendly.

I’m so sick to my stomach on how the owner treated me and my two kids. He was highly unprofessional and offended my kids by telling them they weren’t going to get free ice cream since he was 90% sure we have been there before. For one, we never expected nor realized they were offering free ice cream to new customers. Two, we never stepped foot in that location whatsoever; three, we originally went in because my 16 year old wanted to apply for a job for the summer and lastly, he was super rude insulting me in front of customers. We walked out of there offended but I returned letting him know what he did was uncalled for and highly disturbing. I wanted an apology at the very least for the mockery he made of my kids but of course he laughed at me and told me to have a nice day! I don’t care how good their ice cream may be, I care about the service you provide and how you treat people period. We genuinely walked in there in awe of how nice this Baskin Robbin was and was shut down by a back handed comment by the owner “don’t act like you guys never been here cause you’re not getting free ice cream!”

Ridiculous. The staff is so rude. He laughed out loud when I asked if there’s any choice not too sweet. It’s really scary that someone laughed out suddenly in front of you.

Horrible experience. The owner is a cheat. Gave me half the quantity of ice cream ordered. Other Baskin-Robbins locations nearby are a lot better in service and manners. Just horrible.
