I ordered the wrong item online on accident (totally my fault) and when I say I am blown away by the customer service of this boutique… they responded to me right away. I talked to Rachel and she was unbelievably understanding, friendly, and helpful! I will be sharing this website with my friends out here in Denver because, in addition to being an absolutely adorable store with awesome items, good & hard working business owners like this are so hard find these days & deserve the business! 10/10 and will definitely be visiting in person next time I’m in town!

I had one of the best shopping experiences here about a month ago. I have been struggling to find my style in my postpartum era and Kate instantly took me under her wing + helped me instantly find clothes that felt good, looked good, and had me wanting to fill multiple bags full of clothes that had me feeling & looking amazing! The variety of clothing for different bodies, events, and styles is appreciated. The quality of the clothes is A++.

Beautiful woman’s boutique!
I was shopping for my girlfriend and the staff at bay club are the most helpful friendly women. They gave me options at every price point and my girlfriend loved her gift!!!! She said the brands are the best, instead of cheap, throw away clothes.
I will be returning to purchase for the other woman in my life!

I stopped in for the first time to browse and instead walked out with multiple, complete outfits. That never happens. What a pleasure. I found multiple styles of jeans, pants, a beautiful short sleeve white blouse, ,a cotton sweater, ,earrings, and so many other items. Not counting all the gifts I purchased for others. I’m thrilled with my new outfits. I was delighted with the selection, the color choices, and the quality of not just the clothing, but of all the merchandise (Sunglasses, jewelry, purses and shoes) in the store. Last but not least the customer service is an AA+. This s a boutique you don’t want to miss.
Can’t wait to go back.

Absolutely adorable and unique selection and absolutely insane price tags. It isn’t at all attainable for my budget. $325 for a cute shirt with beaded details? Woof! Not how sustainable that will be, but genuine best wishes for you guys.

I am usually not a shopper, but this store is incredible. Everything is so cute. I wish I could do sleeveless and strappy but at my age, sleeves are a must, but with that said I found plenty (and bought it all). I have never had so many compliments and questions about where I bought a dress as I did when I wore a dress I bought there.

My wife and I came to Bay Club while visiting St. Pete and our experience was fantastic. The customer service was amazing as they walked my wife through the store showing her many beautiful items and then matching them to make them a perfect outfit. They also showed me and sold me some great Krewe sunglasses that fit me perfectly.
