Its a place to live. The crazies are at least very protective of the other crazies here. And of all the crazies here, there is only 1 REALLY, REALLY CRAZY person. Drama from time to time. Different pricing for different people and no changes in price with decreases in spot size and loss of parking spot, and increases if your move up in size. Rent will go up with decreases in services. Property manager is unresponsive to most everything, including danger or injuries resulting from property decisions to accept unacceptable behavior. Brass tacks: low rent, septic tank, internet and cable hook up, power (that varies when it shouldn't), water included, and recycling and trash.
