Bears den has lost a customer I have given it patience n 3 different times with staff big turnover remaining 3 years later, no one in that gas station knows customer service. If their machine isn't fastest enough they just excuse the current customer out of the way n get the next. It is frustrating when our chip doesn't read anything but as I told them n all across town it's not biggie for it to be bypassed swiped as credit. But not bear den they no longer want help understand customer service or understand how bypass their own machine. I may just get new card at my bank n have give the new exp dates but still they way bear den ppl excused me invisible they NEVER will give my business again. The free coffee is no longer free as well. When I asked employee in helping he literally said he didn't know what he was doing. Go to a gas station where ppl know how run the business!

It was my first time that I'd went to bear den but what I can say about the experience that I had from the customer service and the friendly smiles nicely cleaned place an bathrooms smelled lovely.

Bears Den at 64&German Ln WATCH OUT! Everyone knows they tell you the coffee is free right! After many visits to the store and going to counter to pay for my coffee the cashier's,all of them,would say coffee is free. So I would go in get my coffee sometime get gas if needed sometimes not. Come to find out Now they are trying to say I've been stealing the coffee trying to get charges. Idk if it's because I am white or it's complintary to all except me. Either way they ARE LIARS! I'm NO THIEF and I want a false police report brought against them

Seems like they can't keep staff or needing helping. There's a couple times only is when I didn't have a wait time in line to pay for gas inside for paying quick. Ther person always seem as they are overworked n tired working there but I'd say all of them are nice. Gal of milk is cheaper than Walmart by 2 dollars. ?

Super slow pumps and unfriendly employees. Just get your gas at Murphy USA 2 miles down the road.

Only good thing about this place is the car wash which works surprisingly well.

This place is a joke… Came in to buy a specific brand of Snus dude lays the can on the counter, as he’s changing me out I realize it’s not the right product. Then persisted to say no refunds. I NEVER left the counter let alone the store. The Manager “raven” obviously doesn’t know what customer service is. Not sure how she even gained her role as a manager in the first place. Def wont encourage anyone to come here. I left the product on the counter and walked out. Next time listen to what your customer ask for.

Today my truck broke down at this store and I had forgot my phone to call for a roadside assistance when I ask the employee on duty "Nina" if I could use the phone she was very helpful she even went out of her way to let me use her personal cell for the tow service to text their eta, and to confirm other details for my insurance. Nina was definitely the kind of employee that the tv commercials would film, she was well spoken, smiling, helpful, kind, and understanding of our situation. I'll be changing my gas purchase in the future from Murphy's to the Bears Den just because Nina and the excellent customer experience today.

Do NOT get gas from this gas station. The pumps are faulty! They pump SUPER SLOW, and I couldn’t get the gas to stop overflowing when my car was filled. When I asked for a partial refund I was told that it was an operator error that I couldn’t get the gas to stop pumping, and I would not get a refund by the manager Josh. I will be contacting corporate next. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
