I could not be happier with my hair! There was a
small misunderstanding with the desired
amount/thickness of my braids, I expressed this
to Sandra and she got back to me immediately
and fit me in first thing the following morning to have this corrected. The stylist
did excellent work and was very gentile and
attentive to my comfort which I was extremely
appreciative of after having several bad
experiences at other salons. Sandra’s salon is definitely my new go-to!

I called, I’m new to the area but I wanted my hair done with color fixing and hair extensions, First the lady on the phone was rude as well had attitude she said they can’t do my hair cause they don’t blondes, Like what? From reviews I see you do and tell me you can’t help me. Thats just ridiculous especially it being a salon that does all hair types ? “supposedly”

My hair got so messed up. The extensions were not put in right. They were pulling my hair out. They were pushing into my head so bad that it hurt to lay my head down. Had to go to a different person to get my hair done the right way, and fix the damage that was done.

I am so happy with the outcome. I had talked to Sandra prior to coming in. A friend of mine who I work with recommended her and I'm so glad she did. I can't remember the name of the lady who did my hair but she was nice and did an excellent job. I highly recommend going here. The results came out amazing. I've received so many compliments on my hair from the minute I left the salon I went to put gas in and someone told me they loved my hair and from there it never stopped. I couldn't be happier and they've gained a loyal client that's for sure.

Nightmare experience, unprofessional, and irresponsible.

I hired Kelsey to do hair extensions for my wedding. At our initial consultation, Kelsey was kind and helpful. However, the two other women in the salon were very rude.

At our consultation Kelsey had a few different brands of extensions she recommended but did not have any hair swatches to help me choose the correct shade. She told me to purchase a certain shade (~$300) and it was THREE shades off. An employee at the Hair Shop was able to tell me the correct shade via a zoom chat.

When we decided to book I told her the date(s) that would work for me. She told me she was going on vacation but would be back by Saturday morning for our 8AM appointment for my installation and hair trim (for my wedding the next day). I told her multiple times this was for my wedding and paid the deposit to hold the appointment date and time.

She texts me at 2PM the day before my appointment (48 hours before my wedding) to let me know she decided to stay on vacation longer and ask if we could reschedule for the next week. There was not an emergency, she just didn't want to come into work- I verified with her. I was beyond shocked and appalled that she would do that knowing full well it was for such an important event.

This level of irresponsibility and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. This place is really rundown and dirty as well, I guess that should have been a sign of the way the business is run. I wouldn't recommend booking here for special events or anything important. Go to a cleaner and more professional business to a group of actual professionals.

Also, she was supposed to return my deposit but only refunded part of it.

Anyway, I'd look for a more reputable business instead of risking it with this place.

I've been going to Sandra, the salon owner, for years now for sew ins and other services. She is amazing at cosmotology and just an amazing and kind person overall. I feel comfortable with her and telling her what I want and how I want it, and she never fails to deliver. Sandra's new salon is beautiful and exudes relaxing, calming vibes. I suggest to any and everyone to go and enjoy Beauty Boutique & Extension Bar for themselves. The excelling quality service and care you get at this salon is by far the best I have ever experienced and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else!

I strongly recommend Sandra to anyone, she offers great services at an affordable price with lots of expertise and precision. Not only that, she does care about your hair!! The first time, I went to relax my natural hair and she recommended me not to, I didn't listen; a few later my hair started falling off.. I got a hair cut and started growing it back! Now it's beautiful and healthy. I would say TAKE IN CONSIDERATION HER RECOMMENDATIONS and you will feel even more beautiful!
