Went twice to purchase eye lash glue both very old and for them to tell me they don’t do refund well will not shop there again lost a customer

To your response you did not give me one free you replace the first one the second one was bad to the young lady said it wasn’t nothing else she can do I want a refund why am I paying for a item that is old and can’t be use.. have better customer service and if you items is bad or not working refund customers their money not tell them no and thank you for nothing

The best selection of Human Hair and at different prices that fits everyone’s budget . The best accessories . They were the first to have the purses and outfits and other stores have tried to copy this store . This store and Beauty Town will always be my favorite. Polite and always helpful . I drive across town , 35 minutes and bypass the other beauty supply stores to get what I really need . Thank you !

I just wanted to share my experience and compare certain item. I just recently moved to Pensacola all the way from Miami, Florida. I think everyone knows that Miami is one of the most expensive city to live in the United States. I’ve seen ridiculous prices in beauty supply stores over there in Miami, but it’s my first time seeing something being so overpriced here in Pensacola. I bought the ECO style Gel olive oil 80 FL OZ and I just paid almost 23 for it. Over there in Miami I would pay AT MOST 18$ for the same size but here at this location I am paying 5$ more for the same product. Unfortunately I won’t be going over here anymore because it’s way too pricey for the same Quality of product. I understand a store needs to make some kind of money , but 5$ more on just one product?. I could only imagine what else they are over charging there as well. Just be careful and mindful on the prices ladies and Gent!

If an establishment does not want you to take video of any of their products when you’re inside of their store, then they should have appropriate signage. That’s specifically states not to take any video or pictures when you were in the store. In addition, staff members should politely ask you to stop recording if they see that you are in violation of their rules and not attack you and tell at while you are shopping in their store. This is 2024 everybody records everything. Again, if they specifically do not Want customers to take any videos or photos in their store? They should have appropriate signage all over their store stating that fact. If I could give this review a lower star than one star, I would.
