We stayed locally and the bakery options are very limited in Dunsmuir. Luckily, this bakery worked for us and had excellent expreeso, pastry and a breakfast sandwhiches during our stay.

Good service, indoor or out backing dining options. Highly recommend!

We were in the Shasta area for the weekend and luckily fou d this place the first morning there. The women working the bakery were so nice and the food was new and fresh every day and SO good! We always bought too much but never regretted it because everything was delicious.

Absolutely delicious treats!!! Wonderful environment too! I love how they have a cycling menu, and coffee from northbound. Always enjoyable to get a warm pastry and maybe a breakfast sandwich once n awhile. The gift shop is super cute and I love all the artwork along the walls. I hope they bring back the PB Brownie cakes!

Driving north on I5 and decided to stop on a Sunday am for a little treat. We got there about 10:30 am and had a few people in front of us. Line moved quick and everyone working was very kind and helpful. Not sure if it was the group in front of us or us getting in later on a Sunday am but quite of few things were sold out. But there was still quit of other things to choose from.
We decided to split a giant regular cinnamon roll……and they are AMAZING!!! Definitely worth stopping in for! I like supporting local businesses when I travel and this one is now on my favorites when passing by.

What a treasure! After a difficult breakdown on my way to Oregon, I saw the card for this bakery/coffee shop in a lovely old business area of Dunsmuir. The service was exceptionally friendly, informative and generous. I had a delicious Latte and Pecan & Toffee Scone at a handmade table. I enjoyed the art work, gift shop, and view. Even the Train rumbling by. Don't wait to discover this gem even if just traversing I 5 in Northern California. It is only a little off the highway and well worth the find. I packed up goodies for the next day's birthday treats and the Bacon Cheddar Croissant, Tomato, Pesto, Mozzarella Tart heated up in my toaster oven were good reminders. The GF Coconut Carrot Cake made my solo birthday trip "Top Drawer".

Brandy and her amazing team catered several days' worth of meals during a 4-day grief workshop I attended put on by Heather Moyer Wellness in Mt. Shasta. Every single meal they created was delicious, wholesome, and obviously crafted with a lot of love. I'll be going back to Mt. Shasta in mid-January 2025 and am very much looking forward to enjoying her divine food again!

Bee Kind bakery is DEFINITELY a kind space. the service is the sweetest and the scenery is incredible. the food is SO GOOD. definitely worth the stop. the blossom trees blooming was so beautiful. this place left me speechless. 100/10.

This little bakery is apparently quite popular as there was a line when I arrived (about 5 people). I got the last Pecan Roll in the pan, so I asked if I could have all that extra sauce and pecans scooped on top of my roll, and they said Yes! In addition to the extra protein, it was a very tasty and moist roll. I'll get the cinnamon roll next time..... The coffee was also tasty. Of note, they do have a "backyard" with picnic tables, which is shady in the morning. Inside, there are a few tables for 8 and 4, but I sat at a bar table. Very clean, and nice staff. Definitely go!!
