This place is amazing. They have great products. They staff we try to make your day great.They have name brands like Calphalon, Columbia,and Michael Kors. There private brands are just as good as the name brand in the clothing products, but not in cookware. We bought $800 dollars worth of clothes on sell for $350. I have so many memories here. I hope this place is never shutdown.

I love shopping online and in store but be very cautious with any marketplace orders. They want you to go to the marketplace vendor and good luck getting any responses. I've lost money over it

Selection is hit or miss kind of disorganized and all over the place. Have taken my Mother-in-law there to shop (she is 4'11 and 88 lbs) and needs petite sizes. The no longer carry this in this store tand when I approached an employee along with my mother-in-law (who is in her mid 70s) to inquire about where their petite women's clothing might be . She just quickly stated they no longer have them in store that we would have to shop online for them. Very discouraging for my mother-in-law as she doesn't use the internet as is the case for many of our elderly population.

Very rude, short and matter of fact answers from the customer service representative at her kiosk to me trying to find my wife a present for her birthday. You can't be nice and courteous ? No better for my wife when she tried to check out as the salesperson was insistent she install the Belk app in order to find out how much something was. Pitiful employees and we will NOT be back to this location.

Love the sales. If you need to exchange an item they are great about it. Quality items and sales make a price you can't return down. Sales are awesome if you have a one of their cards. They offer different choices of cards. One is a MasterCard that you can not only use their but anywhere else.

I was very impressed with this Belks. Clean,organized, plenty of merchandise relevant to all ages. Staff was excellent. It is good to have this store thriving in a mall that is a shell of it's former self. Belks is a driving force for the new businesses coming to the mall. Also, a great sale is going on!!!! 50 pct of lots and lots of items!

Amazing staff! The store is so clean and well kept; everything I needed was easy to find and even if it weren’t easy to find the staff were on top of everything and ready to help.
