I wish a knew the man's name but he was working the customer service desk today, he was a tall black male with glasses. He helped my hubby get a deal with his pants but most of all he helped me. I'm 15 weeks pregnant and my blood sugar was dropping fast and he ran to their break room and bought me a soda. He was out of breath when he returned with the drink. Thank you sir for helping me. God bless you. You know who you are! I called the store right after to tell the manager but I'm not sure who I spoke to. I hope she relayed the message to the manager.

Belk Men’s Dept located at the 2nd floor or Crabtree Valley Mall at 4325 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC 27612 is a great place to go for Men’s furnishings. Quite large with a phenomenal selection of everything for Men’s Clothing and furnishings. Sales person was helpful and friendly.

The Belk Department Store at Crabtree Valley Mall in Raleigh is definitely worth visiting. Their men's department offers an impressive variety of clothing, including shoes, suits, jeans, dress attire, and popular brands like Levi's. Shopping here is a breeze with their easy and convenient checkout process. The staff stands out for being friendly and knowledgeable, unlike many other stores where assistance is hard to come by, and gratitude feels nonexistent. Belk at Crabtree Valley Mall is exceptional—five-star experience! ✨✨✨✨✨

I went to Belk's Men because I needed to buy a dress shirt for an event. Kevin was very helpful and assisted me through the process of picking the dress shirt, including allowing me to go into the fitting room to check the size. He was also very friendly and helpful.

I wanted to give a shout out to the gentleman in the men's shoe department! (He had a beard and younger in age) He was the most helpful young man that we have ever had at Belk. He was beyond helpful and kind. Thank you for helping us. We really appreciated it! We didn't catch his name, but here is some of the receipt with his info, I hope his manager knows what a great associate he is!

I haven't been here in years. Wow. This is not the Belk I grew up with. Belk looks like it is on the verge of bankruptcy. A good portion of their "flagship" men's store is empty. Empty space, racks and walls. It reminded me of Sears from the early 2000's.

I was looking at sports jackets, some of the ones I picked up actually had dust on them. The fitting room was piled with clothes and smelled like urine. After finding a dress shirt I liked, I had to walk around the store just to find someone to pay for it. I could have easily have just walked out, but I'll bet that the security office was the one place they actually have an associate. That being said, when I did find someone to give them my money, the associate (shoe department) was super kind and helped me save some money with a coupon. I did the survey and gave him kudos, I can only hope Belk will recognize him. I swear he was the only associate in that entire store! God bless him.
