BE CAREFUL WHEN PUCHASING HERE AT Benji Auto Sales Service

You will see tons of good reviews but don't fall for it. Everyone experience is not the same and there are tons of red flags i should've taken heed to. I recently had a terrible experience at Benji Auto Sales, and I feel compelled to share my ordeal to warn others. First and foremost, I purchased a vehicle less than three weeks ago, and I have already encountered several serious issues. Car emitted white smoke from the muffler. Brakes weren't new, when I came back they said it was my wear and tear on the car that messed up the brakes. Not sure how when there is less than 300 miles driven. The tires on the vehicle were in terrible condition, they were bald and they told me the switched out the tires and would be giving me new ones and did not. They literally tire shined the tires and yet the paperwork clearly stated that the vehicle was in good standing. It's frustrating to realize that they misrepresented the state of the car. During the transaction, the sales representative, Jose Torres, assured me that they conducted a thorough inspection of the vehicle. However, it became evident that they were simply relying on the Carfax report and did not actually inspect the car themselves. This is incredibly unprofessional and deceptive. Constantly repeating bring it back we will fix it, and you shouldn't have any issues on the car for a few years to come and at least 100k miles more, yet sending me out with the same issues.

Moreover, during the test drive, I was informed that the vehicle came with a dealer warranty. However, when it came time to sign the paperwork, they switched it to an "as is" sale without any prior notice. Then tell you they give you 3 months or 3000 miles guarantee. When bringing the car back the multiple times they tell you that only goes towards powertrain. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is unacceptable! To add insult to injury, they are now refusing to return my deposit or take back the vehicle. They refuse to fix the issues and literally just clean off the tires and only top off the vehicles as they are sitting there in the lot, despite knowing the issues I've encountered. No real resolute just fake reassurance. I will be contacting my financing company to address this matter, and I am also speaking with attorney's and requesting more details towards Florida's Lemon Law to see what my options are. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Benji Auto Sales to think twice. The unprofessionalism displayed by Jose Torres and the overall lack of integrity in their sales practices are alarming. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!

Only positive was Finance Manager Wael actually doing the most to get you what you can because he knows what he's doing.

Here is a sincere review of Benji Auto Sales. The first thing I can say is that I was looking at a 2020 Tesla Model 3 black with low miles but was offered another Model 3 white with more miles, but I was satisfied with what I would be getting. Greg Polanco is the person I worked with. So, I started the process on October 3, 2024, and paid my downpayment of 4,000. I got my insurance on the car the same day. Now I know that with the storm hitting that same week It would take some time to get my car. I didn't get my car until everything with Capital One was finalized. That took about a month and two weeks. I finally got my car on November 14th without a temp tag, so I had to call about that. I am happy with the overall process Thank You, Benji Auto Sales.

Benji Auto, specifically my salesman Alfredo, came through with a beautiful 2021 Tesla model y for 25k on the dot. Completely satisfied with the deal they gave me and as you can see the car was mint. I'm thinking of getting a second vehicle and I'm going back to Benji Auto.
