The black lady that works in the deli is so rude. We went in there today (12/28/2024 around 12-1 pm) to get some food and as I was walking to the food, I seen the deli lady sitting at a table eating food and on her phone. She rudely asked if we were gonna get some food and we said yes and she was like what do you want we told her what we wanted and as she was putting the food on the plates I noticed she was giving me the wrong side so I politely told her that's not the side I wanted and she yelled at me and said that's why I asked what did you want why didn't you tell me you wanted that side. She was rude and disrespectful I've never been yelled at before by someone that was serving me. This is the worst service I ever received. I will not be ordering food from here again terrible customer service she does not need to be working there if she is yelling at customers.

This place lost my money. Came in for 4 bags of ice, the associate helping me told the black lady I needed the ice unlocked outside, rudely she responds, " I told you I'm not unlocking it, there's ice back there." So go to back and the ice was puddles, it had melted. So associate told the lady the ice was melted. The black lady proceeded to tell me nothing wrong with the ice, and finally gets keys to unlock outside. She gave me 2 bags of ice out, then wanted to argue when I told her I bought 4. So I grabbed my 2 extra out and went to my car and she went back in pissy and I guess confirmed I bought 4. As I drove off I seen her go lock ice back. Never seen someone so rude and give someone a hard time who is trying to purchase merchandise, keeping her with a job during this difficult time. Won't be going back for sure, I'll head the other way on highway 4 to the new store that opened.

ANOTHER DAY THEY OPEN 5 HOURS LATE!
About fed up with this place. It sucks we don't have any other options. There's never any food in the deli the pumps are never on at night. So if you need fuel you have to drive 30 miles just to get fuel. Never clean the restrooms an half the time the women on the evening shift are strung out or high an rude. always have a "Now Hiring" sign in the window. But never hire anyone. An have a hard time opening on time. I know atleast 2 good service stations workers who have hired there an have been rejected for the job. But that's none of my business

The fried chicken is to die for. This is your typical local gas station. The store is relatively clean for the amount of people they serve on a daily basis. The gentleman or owner, whoever he was, needs a course of politeness but other than that, great place to stop!

Everytime I have stopped by this place the cashier/deli worker have been extremely rude to me. This morning I purchased a slice of breakfast pizza and also asked for change for a $20. The cashier impatiently stated "No" while pointing to a sign saying they do not accept or give change for 50's or 100's. I had to explain to her that I only need change for a $20 and either 10's, 5's or 1's would be perfectly fine. She rolled her eyes and counted out 20, 1 dollar bills and shoved them at me. I got to the car, took a bite of the pizza and almost broke my jaw it was so hard. I hesitantly took it back in and showed the deli worker. It was only 8:30 but she said they weren't making another pizza and she couldn't give me my money back so I could exchange it for a biscuit but I did not want a biscuit. She huffed and went to get the manager who told me I couldn't get money back for EBT. I paid for the pizza with my debit card!! It seemed to pain her to give me my money back. I will not waste my time or money at this establishment until they hire friendlier staff!! Don't try to kill my vibe Berrydale Quick Mart employees! #Iamstillhappy

Not very friendly at all! The Deli lady acts as if it's a chore to wait on you! Cashiers are not to friendly either...if your having a bad day,stay home or change jobs!! Apparently customer service is not your cup of tea...EVER!
