Waist of the time appointment 6am checked in 5:30am out around 10:30am. Live unloading only 4 plt. Overnight parking available around the area on the street also they have the rest room for driver by receiving office door 250.

They make you wait until they check the availability of all positions, even if your trailer has been sealed.

I got here at 4:10 a.m. it's 9:30 a.m. and they said they weren't done yet

Very bad 6 hour for delivery

Had an appointment at 6am. I arrived 10 minutes early and directed to door H by the security guard. Was told by receiving dispatcher they would see if they have a door for me to dock. Which was weird since I have an appointment. I was then assigned a door and have been here for over 3 hours. I’m still waiting for them to finish. I would stay far away from here if you’re delivering and getting “Live Unloaded”.

It is not bad at all Delivered a load here
My appointment was at 5:00am. I checked in at exactly 4:00 am With the Guard shack
Then you will proceed to door H which is located around the Building go in there and turn your paperwork in then you will be assigned a Dock Door open the doors and back In to the Dock door and wait in the truck When the unloading is completed and when they done with your paperwork someone will call you to let you know that you are all done and ready to go

Just to let you know. That Paperwork process takes little longer

Other than that. Everything went well everyone was friendly and polite guard shack personnel were all helpful and friendly

If you arrive early like myself you can park on Monte vista Dr or surabian dr. And Samantha Dr

Sorry, do you remember this company? Pickup time is 6 in the morning. They did not finish the drop off until 12 o’clock. It is a failed company.
