Guests room have been renovated. It has a large room size. Ample parking area with sufficient amount of lights.

Internet speed is very fast. Haven’t had such a fast data in other hotels I have stayed at.

Shower (hot water and the water stream) is excellent.

Walking distance to restaurants, gas stations, and grocery shops.

Will definitely stay when we are back to LA.

We stayed here only for one night, but our experience was excellent. Spacious, clean, comfortable, and excellent staff. It includes a small continental breakfast (mostly cereal, fruits, waffles, pastries, juices...). It has jacuzzi and pool, and parking is free.

I stayed at this facility last June after a trip to Disney and a wedding nearby.|I booked my reservation through AAA (CSAA) Travel, thinking hotels on their list would have to be in good standing, per the rating system you see while searching for a hotel.||I made a reservation for 1 adult, two kids. I check in, and I'm told that I had to pay extra for one additional person X 2 nights. I showed them my confirmation details (see picture) and the Hispanic looking person said that that was a AAA problem and that I should talk to them. I ended up paying an additional $47.86 - see second picture.||If you think a AAA reservation is going to get you an average room, DON'T IGNORE this review. I was sent to the back, where the freeway is. Not only do you get all the freeway noise, but the worn out door seal allowed noise to go through the door. Next morning, I go and ask if I can get another room, and an Indian looking lady tells me that my AAA rate gets that room, and that if I wanted to change to another room (not in front of the freeway) I would have to pay a different rate.||This hotel property scams people by asking how many guests are staying to charge you more AND don't honor reservations. If you decide to ignore my review, just say 1 guest or 2 guests. You' don't have to go through the lobby and they will not know. ||I hope they get investigated by California Consumer Affairs!

Rooms were clean and very spacious. Front desk was friendly and accommodating. Good value for the money. Also this location is within walking distance to Sprouts and many restaurants, gas stations, coffee shops.

Nice and quiet hotel, not bad for the price. One thing was the bed frame, though. Made out of a very thin metal that made noise any time we got up or laid down in the bed. It sounds like a thunderstorm every time. Didn't eat the breakfast, but it seemed ok. Definitely recommend this place.

Online amenities state there’s a gym and sauna. There isn’t.
You pay $100 deposit and your room doesn’t even have a microwave.
You get meal vouchers for their “breakfast” and on that voucher it states they charge outside guests $10.99 for their breakfast. Their said breakfast is stale beagles, a waffle maker and sour orange juice.
It should be a crime to charge anyone $10.99 for that meal.

Absolutely disgusting hotel and unprofessional staff. They charged our bank account 3 days later and when my husband called they said it was because we broke the toilet seat?! Which we didn’t. They are known to scam people for random things with their rooms and charge for things that right not broken. I was totally unaware of this before staying there. Please do yourself and family a favor and stay away from this place!!

My Family and I, stayed on 07/28/2024, clean room and good service until an hour later after check out. I received a phone call from the Receptionist stating that he got a report from one of his employees that We left a hot iron on the bed and blankets got damaged. Funny thing We never used the iron, so We are getting charge $75 dollars for damages that never happened. It’s really sad how some people can be this way having to lie just to charge extra. I wouldn’t recommend this Best Western hotel located in Diamond bar. dishonest people is giving this place a bad name.
