I do not recommend staying in room 117. It smells like mildew, and the air was very heavy. When I asked the front lady if the room was clean, I am disappointment she didn't mention the horrible smell. They front desk lady only mentioned that the room had an ugly patched roof above the shower. Besides that, the breakfast was excellent, and the breakfast lady did an excellent job and was very nice. The security of the hotel is really good, they have cameras in both the front and back side parking lots, and have entry/exit doors card locks.

Awesome place to stay. The rooms are clean and nice. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is very good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Wonderful place to stay. I have to travel for work at least twice a month and I will always stay with them.

An excellent stay. Front desk rep was polite and competent. Room was spotless, and well kept with a mini fridge and coffee maker. Secure entrances and plenty of very well lit parking. Good continental breakfast with a lot of choices including bacon, eggs, bagels, biscuits and gravy, cereals, pancakes, coffee, tea, juices and more. After reading some of the negative reviews I think I'll chalk them up to some people expecting too much from a roadside motel. It's a Best Western not the Ritz Carlton and the staff is doing a fine job. Thank you for a comfortable, clean, and safe place to stay. It was worth the price.

We travel around the world and by road from TX to OR for 5 days each year. This is one of the best hotels on our trip. The hotel is very clean, staff friendly, room so comfortable and breakfast wonderful. Being disabled the bed and shower are important - both excellent. I wish all the Best Western Plus’s were this great. We will absolutely stay here again!|In town there’s a great little ice cream parlor!

Nothing personal- the rooms were clean and affordable and fine, EXCEPT THE BEDS and pillows! They're not great at all for a comfortable night's sleep. This is the entire reason people stop for a room is the BEDS! The people were fine here, the really need to invest in beds like Holiday inn. Wow.

The breakfast was good and the room was large. The toilet seat needs fixing in 223, nearly fell off a few times! Bath wouldn’t fill up so gave up and had a showers. We wanted to swim in the pool one afternoon after a hot trip out. Not heated at all, I’ve never been in a pool so cold

The staff here are absolutely fantastic and work very hard in making this place a great stay, it all shows. It's a very busy place in a great location; which has outstanding customer service, a wonderful breakfast, safe location, and remains very clean. Please tip the breakfast staff, they are absolutely incredible and very nice- always working very hard at this busy location.

Arrived late in the evening, leaving in the morning, hotel requied a $25 charge on a credit card for "incidentals". Front desk gal not welcoming or friendly, didn't speak more than what was required to complete the check in. Parking lot and rear entry littered with trash. Room was decent, older decorations and furnishings, linens were older but clean. Bathroom not very clear, toilet not bolted down and rocked when used. Shower valve handles loose, signs of little maintenence being performed. Breakfast was OK, lower quality food than previous nights stay in other Best Western hotels. OK for a stay if you need a place to sleep but that's about it.
