I walked in as I have been ordering from Betty J's for years! I wanted to make my best friend smile after a rough few weeks. I told the store owner and manager that I was looking for a flower that was out of season but if they could get creative, I would appreciate it. They created the most beautiful selection that lasted for over a week and smelled amazing! It did make her smile! MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! Will be using them for all my floral order! Best experience ever, especially last minute order request. Beautiful flowers that fit perfectly with my now wife's dress that i gave very little information about since the only thing i knew was the color. I cannot thank you guys enough for providing me the bouqeut of flowers right before the big moment, it has made it all the more special.

Walked in there today not knowing what to get for a friend who just lost a loved one. Ily made it so easy to pick something which was delivered to the recipient's house within literally 1 hour. Such a smooth experience. I will definitely go back.

I walked into Betty J's with my favorite color and a crazy idea to incorporate my great grandmother's crystal dishes throughout the venue. Meribeth and team ran with the idea. We had a few mini-meetings at first so I could understand what was in season and they recommended me coming up with a list of flowers and a vision board. Along the way the introduced me to more unique and creative flowers that would enhance the look and they were so patient during this process. I knew from how the conversations evolved the flowers were going to be breathtaking. My guests and I were amazed at the result. They exceeded every possible expectation I could have imagined. I'm forever thankful to them for their hard work and creativity.

Bridal tip: if you want flowers on the cake, speak to both the florist and the cake designer early on to make sure the flowers are not considered poisonous. Also make sure you coordinate their arrival so the teams have time to work together.

Flower arrangement died the day after I gave them to my wife for our wedding anniversary. Betty Js does not respond to emails or Facebook messages. Yikes.

$100 down the drain and they don’t care. There are plenty of options in town, I would avoid using Betty Js at all costs.
