If i can put a negative star i sure would! Worst place ever! I ordered a dress for my daughter she said it would take a week and a half. Called her 2 weeks later and no dress.... called her a couple days later she said they werent making that dress anymore. So she sent me a picture of something similar, i told her it was fine so she said it was going to take a week to come in, came in 2 days later from the date she gave me. So i go in and she still didnt have the dress in the shop had to wait 15 minutes there, and to come to find out it wasnt exactly like the picture. And on top of that owner was still super rude! Never again will i go there!!!!! Also my cousin's bridesmaids went to get their dresses there, every single girl had a problem with their dresses not being there on time!

So my daughter's quinceanera was this past Saturday on October 8th 2016. I live in Georgia but my daughters family lives in California. My daughter's grandfather wanted to buy her dress for her quinceanera. They chose to purchase her dress from Bianca's Bridal Boutique in Delano California. I wish now that I Could Turn Back Time and do it all over again. Her family ordered her dress from this company several months ago. We were told that the dress would be arriving on September 1st. We kept in constant contact with them over several months to make sure everything was still on schedule. I was very nervous since her dress was going to be coming in on September 1st that we may not have time to make alterations if the dress doesn't fit. I was assured from the owner that everything was going to be ok and the dress would not need any alterations. When the dress did not arrive on the 1st we were told that it would be there on the 8th. I called on the 8th and still no dress. We were then told it would be the 15th. Once again I called and there was still no dress on the 15th. We were then given the date of arrival to be the 21st. At this point I'm really freaking out because my daughter's party is set to be on October 8th and whenever the dress gets there it still has to be shipped to Georgia in time for her party. Her dress finally made it to Bianca's Boutique on September 27th. My daughter's aunt would not be able to pick up the dress due to her work schedule until that Friday. I asked the lady would she mind shipping the dress to me overnight so that I could be sure that it got here in time for her to take pictures in it on October 1st. The owner told me that it would not be an issue and she would be shipping it out that night after work for me to stay by my phone with my debit card ready. I called my videographer, hair dresser and photography company and made arrangements for them to meet with me on October 1st in Atlanta for a photoshoot. I wanted to have beautiful pictures framed for her party on October 8th. There is a 4 hour time difference between Georgia and California so that night I stayed up until after 1am waiting for them to call me and i could pay for it to be shipped overnight. Needless to say that i never got the call from them. I called their shop nonstop for the next couple of days with no answer and no return calls. On September 30th my daughters Aunts Day off she went and picked up the dress and shipped it out to me. She warned me that the dress was not the same color as it was supposed to be when she got there to get it. So now at this point we have spent over $10,000 on my daughter's quinceanera that is coming in 8 days more, every single thing for her party was purchased around the color that the dress was supposed to be. On October 8th the morning of her party we still do not have a dress. So with all the chaos going on in my house with everyone trying to get ready for this huge elegant, elaborate party that was happening in just a few hours I had to shoot out to Atlanta in search of a dress. I found the perfect dress for my baby's big day and drove an hour back home for her to get ready. As i was pulling into the driveway, fedex pulled up with the dress that we ordered from Bianca's Bridal Boutique. My daughter pulled it out of the box and it was a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COLOR then what was ordered. She tried the dress on and it was about 4 sizes too big on her...she got her wow moment when she saw the dress i bought in Atlanta that morning. She put the dress on and it fit her perfectly. My daughter went on to have and BEAUTIFUL party and dream quinceanera. I cant even put into words the amount of stress Bianca's Bridal Boutique put on me, my husband, my daughter and much more of our family. I would NEVER do business with this place ever again and i plan to put this review on every single page possible so that no body else will have to go through what we did.

I have never had a problem with their service. This is the best boutique I have been to. I font my first communion dress their. I still have it. Just recently I ordered my 8ty grade Graduation Dress. It fits ok. If I need and emergency dress I would automatically head to Bianka’s.

Went in to get a Rosary for my little cousins 15 here & my card got “declined“ twice something was wrong with her card machine because I did have money in my bank account & It showed on my mobile banking that the money went to the boutique already but she didn’t want to give me the Rosery because it got “declined”. I don’t live in Delano but now I have to make my way back and show her that I did take my money !!! Fix your card machine plz. Pay with cash people!
