Two weeks ago, I needed an alignment. They refused to complete the alignment until I got the passenger side lower ball joint replaced. I agreed and they replaced the lower ball joint and completed the alignment for $330. This was a financial setback for me, but I was willing to spend the money to ensure my vehicle was safe and usable. I also purchased a used tire and had it mounted. After leaving the shop, I had to return because the used tire was flat. Valve stem leak, no worries, was kind enough not to charge me. Fast forward to yesterday evening, when I was leaving work. The passenger side of my truck hit the ground. Game over. I attempted to call the shop, but it was after hours. No problem, I'll give them a ring in the morning. This morning I called the shop to ask what I should do. I explained who I was and what had happened. His answer was that I needed to bring it into the shop. How? How would you like me to do that. I investigated my truck further and found that the nut and washer for the ball joint were laying on the ground. Nothing was broken, it had simply come undone. I called the shop back to inform them that I believed it to be an installation issue, which he stated "You're going to blame us no matter what", which is not the case. I simply asked if someone from the shop could come have a look at the truck, to confirm if it was an installation issue or what had happened. He stated that he couldn't leave the shop. I would have to bring the truck to the shop. He then brought up the fact that I had replaced all the tie rod ends, center link, idler arm, etc. I replaced everything but the ball joints. Good point, except that none of the parts I replaced failed, only the one you replaced. According to my research, the ball joints are a part of the suspension, not the steering, so I should have been able to get the alignment and replace the ball joints myself later, but they refused. So I bit the bullet and paid them to replace the ball joint. Well, look at me now. My truck is laying in the parking lot of my job, half a mile from their shop and I am responsible for getting it back to their shop. If I do put the ball joint in properly, how is that going to affect my alignment? I am going to request a refund for the labor to install the ball joint. I think that is more than fair. I will never use this shop again and will warn everyone I know. F*&! that and F*&! them. I am not #WakullaProud.
Update: I went to the shop and showed them the stripped nut and concave washers and inquired as to why the cotter pin was not installed. I spoke with the mechanic who actually installed the ball joint and he was taking no responsibility. Their resolution was for me to pay to tow my vehicle to their shop, purchase a new ball joint, and they will graciously install it for free. They are claiming it was part failure and not due to their installation. Funny, all of the parts came in a kit and the parts I installed, haven't failed. A simple issue that could have been resolved very quickly.
Update: Myself and another mechanic replaced the lower ball joint on Saturday, 3/15/2025. Not only did the installing mechanic strip the castle nut on the lower ball joint, he knew he did. He opened the package for the other ball joint and used the castle nut from that part. He knew he stripped it out and still sent me out the door with a smile. This mechanic put my life, and the life of my children, at risk, rather than admitting his mistake and taking action to correct it. At this point, I feel like their actions were criminal. I will be seeking legal counsel. I was gaslit and blamed. If there was an issue with the part, the mechanic had ample opportunity to discontinue the repair. He didn't do that, he chose to put my family at risk for what amounts to a <$100 part. Shameful.

These guys are awesome! Got 4 used tires and they gave me an excellent price. Asked them about my brakes and instead of being dishonest with me about their condition they told me that I don't need them yet. Great crew 10/10!!

I contacted this place because I wanted to support local business. Of course no good deed goes unpunished. I asked for the two front wheels to be replaced on my vehicle only to get home and find both rims are damaged. I go back when they are open to talk and show the owner and he doesn't say anything other than they aren't responsible for rim damage. Any honest business should know their capabilities when it comes to new cars, assuming they don't have the right equipment. To make matters worse, the employee that claimed to replace my tires that day (I think the rookie that was in a bad mood did it) denies ever damaging them in the process. Went as far to say I must have bought it like this because he noticed it when taking my tires off. This car I bought from the dealership brand new! And I detail it myself! I know it like the back of my hand. This business is not honest and extremely disrespectful to the industry. I will make sure to warn everyone about this place. BEWARE! DO NOT GO HERE!

I thought this was the best shop around but realized after driving my car for a week and having more issues, then another shop having a hard time replacing my cv axle because this shop over tightening everything when working on my brakes TWICE and not listening to my original complaint, wound up costing me a lot more. This put me in a very bad position. Getting my tires done here has been fine, but I will not be doing service here anymore.

The most expensive tire shop I’ve ever visited. I was charge $120 to place 2 tires on my vehicle and that didn’t include tire balancing. I had my own tires I just needed them put on the vehicle. Other shops charged me half the price.

They are fast and efficient. Never had such a great experience from a flat tire before. They turned my frown upside down.

Great, fast service. The service tech fixed a tire for me in just a few minutes without even taking the tire off. And he didn't try to convince me I needed a new tire.

Had front brake pads replaced on both tires (I brought the parts) for $60. They took 10 mins and I was done. Very fast and friendly and at great prices. Highly recommend and I will be back.
