Talk about great customer service. Our experience at Big Bam eBikes has been awesome. My wife and I ordered two Lectric eBikes from Big Bam today, and we can't wait to get them. Pam, Ray, and Ken have been so patient helping us with our purchase. It took us three visits to make our decision, and they were super helpful at every visit. They answered our questions, and provided test rides. There was never any pressure to buy, only smiles and conversations about the bikes. Big Bam e-bikes is a top-notch bike rental company. We rental 2 e-bikes for 4 hours. They oriented us to the controls on the bikes and gave important safety tips and got us on our way. We had a great time. The owner and staff are very welcoming and friendly. Just great! Thank you Big Bam!

Great experience! Bikes were in excellent shape and worked without issue. Delivery was delayed by an hour, but they called and kept us informed. When it was time for pick up they called and coordinated a time that worked for us. Very happy with Big Bam rentals price and communication. I recommend.

Last February, my husband, myself, my sister and my brother-in-law went to Big Bam Bikes in Venice, Florida to rent bikes for the day. We had such a blast that when my husband and I were back down for our vacation we decided to purchase two bikes. Ray, Pam and Ken are the absolute best! Ray is the nicest guy you could ever meet and will show you everything there is to know about your bike. He and Pam run a wonderful store and Ken will do any repairs you may need in the future. I would highly recommend this bike shop to anyone looking to purchase an E bike or have a bike repaired. Nicest place in the whole world to buy an E bike from!

Took the E-bike tour. Learned a lot about Venice Island and how to use the e-bikes. It was so much fun. The owners and staff are really great, and nice people. Next time we’ll be renting and doing the legacy trail. We can’t wait to go back!!!

My husband's ebike wasn't running so I called around to see who could fix it. I got a response right away from them. We hadn't purchased the bike from them but they not only fixed the bike, they helped my husband exchange the wrong replacement battery that my husband had ordered from the company. Ray is kind, and super friendly and you can tell he loves what he's doing. Venice is fortunate to have a shop like this and I'm happy to have found it. Looking to purchase an ebike, go there. Looking to get one serviced, go there.

We rented for four hours and the owners of the store are absolutely the best! Very informative, helpful with bike safety and operation, knowledgeable of where to go during your rental for great sightseeing! Conveniently located next to Liberty Trail with free parking during your rental period!!! I highly recommend renting here! We traveled an hour to use the bikes from this business and glad we did!!!
